Our apartment is located in the right part of a detached house in Carinerland OT Neu Karin in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and outside there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also handicapped accessible). For those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Free Wi-Fi is available.

You will find a new and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with fireplace, two bathrooms, a sauna, a room with a multifunctional fitness equipment and a large living area with radio and new TV. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the beautiful garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
