Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

The apartment is in the station building, which was built in 1868 by the Baden district building authority Heidelberg from local, yellowish sandstone. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

One-bedroom studio, queen size bed (160cm), small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. Neckar-view, main sights of Heidelberg in walking distance. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. Key-Safe for Check-in (after 3 p.m.) Not suitable for kids. City Tax included in price (Heidelberg takes 3,50 Euro per person per night)

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. We decorate for your birthday, Easter, New Year's Eve, Christmas or any other type of decoration we will be happy to do for you! The tastefully furnished and well-equipped flat with balcony and with a wonderful view of the Mannheim skyline, the river and the Palatinate (21st floor) is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, the Luisenpark and the university clinic with direct tram connections in front of the door (city centre, train station, Heidelberg). Free parking at the weekend.
