The apartment is located right in the middle of the Allgäu in direct proximity to the Alps. Whether hiking or skiing, it is usually only 30 minutes by car. A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

Greetings and welcome to the energy village of Wildpoldsried in the beautiful Allgäu. Our newly renovated, modern 70 sqm attic apartment (room height mostly 2.10 m) has two bedrooms, a small bathroom with shower tub and washing machine as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen. The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

Large and high-quality furnished apartment in a former farm/cow barn. Brand new 8x4 m pool as an indoor pool, heated all year round. Quiet hamlet with 100 inhabitants with great mountain views. 20 minutes from the Alpspitze. In summer, there are great ponds and mountain lakes nearby. Many hiking trails and bike tours are right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, Legoland and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips.
