A very beautiful, very clean apartment with a fantastic view. Quiet location, small shops, and the sea are nearby. The owner is a very warm and friendly person. It was a wonderful vacation, and I can hardly wait to come back.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber vorgefunden und der Check-in ging auch problemlos, auch wenn wir spät nachts gekommen sind. Die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und war das Highlight der Unterkunft. Wir konnten die Ruhe dort sehr genießen.

Gospodarz Andrej był bardzo pomocny, kontakt z nim był bez zarzutów. Miejsce łatwe do znalezienia, jasne i łatwe zameldowanie. W mieszkaniu czysto, miałyśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowałyśmy. Zdecydowanie polecamy 😉

Das Apartment ist schön, relativ frisch renoviert. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Möblierung ist zweckmäßig und schön. Bad ist eng, Dusche für mich (188cm) gerade noch okay. Das Bad ist aber in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien und eher nicht für Zubereitung von großen Mahlzeiten geeignet aber auch sehr gut in Schuss! Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist ein absolutes Plus. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und auch ein etwas abgelegener Strand für herrliche Sonnenuntergänge in Fussentfernung.

Vesna ist eine sehr angenehme und herzliche Person, die eine perfekte Gastgeberin ist. Bereits im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts hat sie alle Fragen beantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr hell und sauber. Von allen Seiten ist das Meer zu sehen, Frühstücken auf dem Balkon ist ein Traum gewesen! Es stand bereits Obst und Getränke im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist bestens und vollständig ausgestattet und hat ein modernes Bad. Restaurants und der Strand (Kitestrand) sind 5 sowie 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut und ruhig gelegen und hat sogar eine Terrasse und Garten. Es ist ruhig, aber etwas hellhörig zur Wohnung darüber. Ich kann Vesna und das Airbnb sehr empfehlen und komme gerne nochmal wieder. :)

Wspaniałe spokojne miejsce, z miejscem do siedzenia na zewnątrz, zwłaszcza dla kogoś kto ceni sobie spokój i jednocześnie dość blisko centrum. Lokalny autobus 7 dowiezie was do centrum. stamtąd możecie udać się w inne miejsca np. promem Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, dużo informacji, które mogą wam pomóc w poruszaniu się po Zadarze i okolicznych atrakcjach. Mimo późnego przylotu nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Z pełnym przekonaniem mogę polecić to miejsce 😊

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tomislav war wirklich hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und die Lage toll. Es war schön ruhig und man kommt überall zu Fuß gut hin. Tomislav war immer sehr freundlich, hatte uns viele leckere Kirschen in den Kühlschrank gestellt bei der Ankunft und uns Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau angeboten. die Grillstelle hatten wir auch genutzt. ein schöner Platz für das Abendessen. es fehlte uns an nichts. vielen Dank.

Everything was perfect - mrs vjera the lady who looks after the apartment is wonderful and kind and so so helpful. We were welcomed with water, beer and homemade cake lovely touch after a long travel day ! - Apartment is spotlessly clean and very modern it’s exactly as shown in photos - it had everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to old town around 20 mins but also Ubers are cheap enough if your feeling lazy! We had a wonderful stay we will certainly be back ! Thank you

We felt right at home in the apartment, we didn't want to leave! It had everything we needed as a family of three with a young child and was perfectly located near to the best beaches as well as walking distance into the city. The host always replied quickly and very friendly to any requests we had. It was very beneficial to have the kitchen and washing facilities to hand. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too, and also within a short drive larger supermarkets such as Lidl and Kaufland. We would love to come back in the future some day.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️
