Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Lochville. The villa is open plan and airy and pool is a great size. Especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda which was shady until late afternoon. Garden is surrounded by beautiful plants with flowers, grown so you have privacy from neighbours. Location was good. Not super close to the main town but definitely walkable and easy to get a cab if it was too hot. This is the second time we've stayed at this villa and we had a wonderful time. Thanks!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ms Solmaz home for just one night, but it was an experience worth highlighting. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and attention she puts into every detail. The house was immaculately clean—not just tidy, but truly spotless in a way that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and attentive Ms. Solmaz was. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful local tips and checking in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable, without ever being intrusive. Even in such a short stay, we felt incredibly welcomed. It’s clear that hospitality comes naturally to her, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for space. Thank you Andy & Karen for letting us stay at your villa. Communication with Andy from the initial booking till we checked out was fantastic. The villa was absolutely beautiful & exactly as described. The pool was cleaned daily & the villa had everything needed for a great stay. Andy gave us details on how to book taxis to get around & places to eat in town. We went to the turtle beach 3 times during our stay which was a great day out. If you are looking for a nice villa with a fantastic pool & scenery in a quiet area but not too far from the town then this is the place to book. Andy & Karen made our stay so enjoyable & I would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you once again Andy for everything xx

Köy içi ve 3 km civarında bulunan fırın, market, restaurantlar gayet güzel olup Akyaka ve Marmaris'e oranla daha ekonomik. Havuz her sabah düzenli olarak temizlendi. Ev sahibi Ali Kaan Bey tüm sorularımıza ivedilikle dönüş yaptı. Son olarak, en yakın denize girme noktasının 13 km mesafede olması nedeniyle şahsi araç ile gelmek zaman tasarrufu sağlayacaktır.

Villa is set in an absolutely beautiful peaceful garden. Swimming pool salt water which we much preferred. Very friendly people in the other villas. Sinem gave us brilliant information on local restaurants and things to do. Every restaurant we visited had superb food and everyone was really impressed with every single meal we had. Fab cocktails too! Villa very close to restaurants and the town was 10 min walk on the flat. Everywhere is flat. Lovely balance between tourists and locals.

Beautiful location near the beach, new premises, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and help with all our requests. Local shop is in 15 minute walking distance and beach is 3 minutes. Has been a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a nature escape.

Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey bulunuyor, 6 kişi rahat bir şekilde konakladık, ev yeni ve tüm elektrikli aletler sorunsuz çalışır durumda. Yeri çok merkezi, fırın, market ve pazar yeri gibi temel lokasyonlara çok yakın, evin konumu Muğla’nın gezilecek sahillerine 20-30 dakika mesafede.

Harika bir tatildi, her yer çok temizdi. Gönül rahatlığı ile tatil yapabilirsiniz. Dilek hanıma ve ailesine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Meine Eltern hatten einen rundum angenehmen und völlig unkomplizierten Aufenthalt bei Okşan. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten sie sich herzlich willkommen. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt sofort, dass Okşan großen Wert auf Komfort und Wohlbefinden legt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Dalyan'a gelince keyifle konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Herşey fotoğraflardaki ve açıklamalardaki gibiydi. Misafir olarak her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verildi. Ayrıca erken giriş konusunda destek de olundu. Yeniden konaklama konusunda tereddüt etmeyeceğimiz bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Gerçekte süper ev sahibi Oktay bey ve eşi çok iyi insanlar. Güler yüzlü çok sevecen insanlar. Sürekli olarak isteklerimizi sordular. Ev çok temizdi gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz biz 7 kişi kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Kendi evimizde kalma huzurunu yaşadık. Odaları, banyosu, mutfağı salonu çok kullanışlı. İlk fırsatta tekrar konaklayabileceğimiz bir yer.

We just came back from Dalyan and stayed at the Myrna's place for almost 2 weeks. Myrna is super friendly host and communication was really good too. Place was nice , clean, spacious and very close to the centre ( 5-10 min walk). this apartment has everything what you need for self-cater.Shop maybe 2 min walk.Every Saturday the is market which is so close to the apartment ( Very handy on a hot days). If we ever come back to Dalyan definitely would stay at the Myrna's apartments again! Thank you for an amazing time!
