Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

Villa is fantastic. You feel comfortable right away. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

Absolute dream of a holiday with a fantastic host. Was welcomed and helped with recommendations. Anytime I needed Orhan he was very responsive. The villa and its slides are amazing and a big hit with the kids. The town has everything you need with play parks, there’s a Sunday market, trike bike hire for £10 a day and boat taxis to explore. Also has reasonably priced supermarkets and plenty of places to eat. I will be bringing my family back every year, was our first trip to turkey and Orhan and his villa has made sure this is our regular holiday spot. Orhan and his family are lovely, friendly and genuinely amazing hosts.

Overall, we were very happy with the house. The house was spotless. It was very pleasant to sit in the front garden of the house, we always ate our meals in the garden. The house was just as it appeared in the photo. The only thing missing is that we wanted to barbecue, because it was outside the garden, we did not think that we could not be very comfortable. Although there are mosquito nets everywhere, I think flies entered the house, and I think you should definitely take medicine. Other than that, it was a very pleasant holiday for us. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. Zeynep and her partner Burak were exceptional hosts, very helpful and eager to please. They were always on hand to help whenever the need arose. The cute house is beautifully decorated with top quality furnishings. There is a huge garden which is delightful with evening lights and the most wonderfully scented roses I've ever come across. We took an evening stroll around the area and came across some cute farm animals. In the morning you can watch the sun rise whilst listening to birdsong. We appreciated this unique opportunity to live amongst the orange groves and would definitely stay again.

To start, let me tell you about the cleanliness. Everything in the house is very clean. The beds, duvets, blankets, sheets, towels, general cleaning of the house was to a very meticulous level that even a very meticulous person would be satisfied. She was overly friendly and caring. A host in a character who even thinks about the details for you. The landscaping of the house is beautiful, the areas of use are very large and spacious. The pool was very clean, we used it once because the weather conditions were bad on this date, but the pool was cleaned all the time. The naturally wandering chicken eggs from the village allowed us to supply our needs, such as butter, to the local people. There is wide use on the lower and upper terrace of the house, we had our breakfast comfortably with the chirping of fresh air and birds. If you want, there is another seating area by the pool, we could do it there and ate our barbecue dinner there in the evening. The garden is filled with beautiful roses. The host, Ms. Solmaz, facilitates your trips through her acquaintances such as boat tours, etc.

First of all, the house was as pictured. It was a place where you could feel like at home. Car parking is available. There were also necessary kitchen supplies in the house. (Dishwasher, plates, glasses, pans, etc.) We loved the barbecue area, the seating table, everything is very well thought out. We preferred to go in November, it was great to warm up. The house was spotless. The host was very helpful with check-ins and check-outs. Thank you very much for your interest We will definitely prefer it again.

We had a lovely stay in Candir at Nazli's house. It is conveniently located near Dalyan while being quiet. To get there by car we took a small ferry to make the crossing. It's very nice. The house is spacious and clean. The setting and the terrace are really nice. Nazli gave us all the necessary information to have a good stay at her place. I didn't meet her because it was her mother whose place is next door who welcomed us. Her kindness and generosity only made our stay even better. Full of attention and always smiling, she gave us very good advice and we thank her very much for that. I highly recommend this lovely place for your vacation in this beautiful area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

Mr. Tahsin responded to all our questions in a short time, everything was considered as seen in the pictures of the house, the pool was cleaned every morning, we stayed with 7 people very comfortably. The location of the house was very good, it was close to the markets to shopping in the center, the market and the hospital, the size of the rooms was sufficient, and there was a closet in each room, well thought out and furnished. It is only suitable for a large number of people to stay in the negative side, but there are not enough chairs and sun loungers in the garden, maybe this number can be multiplied as a recommendation, thank you for everything.
