Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Köyceğiz

I spent a few days at this beautiful villa, hidden in the mountains and surrounded by peaceful forest. The place was exceptionally clean, from the pool to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Despite being deep in nature, the internet was surprisingly fast, even supporting a smart TV in the garden! Highly recommended for anyone needing a peaceful escape!

Tüge and Yusuf are hosts you couldn't wish for better. I communicated with Tüge via WhatsApp, and I was able to speak briefly with her husband from car to car. Both are super friendly and always have a tip ready. Clearly, I'd love to come back :) Yeah, thank you, both of you.

The villa is very modern spacious and a lovely space to spend time. The pool area is peaceful and has a wonderful view. We had a toddler who loved the garden and play area. The beds were comfortable and the whole villa was very clean. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. We would definitely visit again. Tolga was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

The house was very nice and immaculate. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and nice people. Your own garden, pool barbecue, everything was available. The house was very clean, everything was new and smooth. There are mosquito nets on each window, the pool is very pleasant, the cleaning system works automatically. You can take your car inside the garden and park safely. The grocery store was close to the butcher's eating and drinking spots. It was 10 minutes drive to the center of Akyaka. I'll stay there again. Cheers

Everything is more than you guessed and what you see from the photos. Everything was thought out for your needs and was completely at home comfort. It's one of the rare places you can go without a question mark for cleanliness , privacy, and more. The pool system was great , had a system that cleans itself during the day/night. Mr. Arif was a knowledgeable and hospitable person in the relevant area. Mr. Arif's grandmother was also a very sweet person who even spilled water behind us when she left. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Özcan’s place. The villa is stunning, modern fittings but with a traditional look (the best of both worlds!). We loved all the features and fittings. It is a short walk into town but despite little legs (our 6 year old) we never needed a taxi. We loved the tranquility of the location. The pool got used by us all every day despite it being October (due to its size it wasn’t too cold and was refreshing in the warm weather). The kitchen had everything you could need. I would highly recommend staying here, we loved Dalyan and the property. Would definitely consider a return visit. Thank you Özcan!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and the property was exactly as shown in the photos. Denizhan arranged a pick up from the airport for us and the driver kindly stopped at Migros so we could stock up on supplies. The location is stunning, right on the river and it’s very easy to relax and watch the boats go past. The public boat will pick you up from the private jetty when you want to visit the beach. Dalyan is very easy to access on the boat ferry , which is just nearby and it runs until 2300 hrs. We were given free eggs by the family who live in the same grounds There are 2 beautiful dogs in the grounds but if you don’t like dogs don’t let that put you off as the family will keep them away if you don’t want them around. However we loved them. The area is full of chickens, goats, donkeys, sheep. It’s really lovely and we would visit again.

Very relaxing and clean villa. We stayed for 9 days and we enjoyed it a lot . The host was very helpful and responsive for any enquiries we had. We had a great comfortable stay !!
