Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Byzantine Home in the Castle

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
