It is new and equipped to the fullest, offering you a stay of comfort, style and absolute relaxation. The apartment is located in the historical village of Marmara. The private courtyard with the jacuzzi, the outdoor seating area and the beautifully decorated space are in complete harmony with the serenity of the location and promise you unique moments of relaxation.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

The whole home measures 60 square meters.
