Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. This cozy two-room apartment features a living room with cozy sitting area and dining table, a separate bedroom and a kitchen with everything for a comfortable stay. Just outside Aagtekerke, quiet and rural, is our beautiful, detached holiday home! With beautiful views of the countryside and in the background the dunes of Zoutelande. The house is 30 meters from our house. The holiday home with underfloor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. There is a shed for bicycles with a charging point. Not far from Aagtekerke are the cozy seaside resorts: Domburg (2.3km) Westkapelle (5.8km) Zoutelande (6.1 km)

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

This completely newly furnished apartment is located near the beach (10-minute walk), from the balcony you have a nice view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily decorated with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Balcony on the southwest and a private parking space. The kitchen has an oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. WiFi available. There is a playground to play. Towels and bedding are provided.

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

In our big garden, there is a cute little house all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!
