Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Studio Duinhuis ... the specially designed wooden house with wood-burning stove is located on the hill opposite the monumental bathing pavilion, 100 meters from the beach access! It’s my lifelong dream to live by the sea with a small studio and to rent out a tiny house. In typical Teeland style, the house's windows open out onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea all the way here. A cozy sleeping loft makes the house special; the small sauna can be booked on the spot (€20.00/2 hours).

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
