Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Villa Orion is situated about 1km outside the main town of Skiathos. It is approximately 25 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road as well as a bus stop which can take you to town and to the Southern beaches. The apartment is on a hill with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea and is surrounded by a charming garden. We suggest taking a taxi upon your arrival if you are not renting a vehicle, as the walk up the hill with heavy suitcases is not advisable.

It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage. Also the last three hundred meters of road need a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain
