An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo, standing at 3,168 meters. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who cannot climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot,toaster, microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks ,bread for toast ,jams. In the bathroom shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. If you arrive late in the winter, let me know so we can get up early. the heating. Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

My place is close to beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, family activities in the Kral Ladin recreation center where in the winter there is a beautiful skating stadium, 3Zinnen dolomiten ski area 5 minutes (by car) from the apartment, various ethnographic museums. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, outdoor spaces, light, neighborhood, and people. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
