Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).

Driveway ONLY possible with our off-road vehicle and accompanying person. Then about 45 min walk to the hut.
