Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).

Our delightful holiday flat, located on the 1st floor, faces south-west and with its 92m² offers enough space for 2-4 people. You can walk to the lake promenade in about 5 minutes and in winter the flat is the ideal starting point for ice skating or cross-country skiing.
