Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kotor

Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

Ado and his family gave us very nice hospitality. Everything was great, your day becomes incredibly enjoyable with a door opening to the sea. This is definitely the most beautiful neighborhood of Montenegro. Thank you very much to Ado and his family.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment was extremely comfortable with a seating area overlooking the mountains and small pool. We found the property homely with everything you needed. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water for the large shower. An easy walk into Kotor town where there are many restaurants and bars. Host was very helpful in organising transport for us. Milica I love your apartment and felt so welcome there! Thank you for being so responsive and helpful and all of the recommendations. I stayed in the apartment for one month and it was the perfect location for walking to Kotor old town and all the Dobrota restaurants and beaches. So handy to have a washing machine and kitchen. Happily spent many afternoons reading on the balcony with a view of the bay.

Very nice one-bedroom apartment located about a 5-minute walk from Old Town Kotor. It’s at the top of the hill in the last row of buildings, so while the distance is short, the walk is quite steep. Beautiful views, a spacious wraparound balcony, a comfortable bedroom, and great hot water in the bathroom. The only downside was the neighborhood dogs. While this is obviously beyond the host’s control, I was woken up a few times around 6:00 due to barking. It’s not constant throughout the day, but it was a bit disruptive in the mornings and evenings.

Ivana was a very attentive host. She responded to all my questions quickly and was helpful in every way. The place we rented was tidy and clean. The location is excellent — you can reach the beach within 2 minutes. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus passes just on the street above. Our entire holiday was wonderful, thank you so much!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

Perfect accommodation for our group of 9! The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The location was ideal and we loved the pool. The only negative points were that the wifi was malfunctioning and one of the showers was leaking.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

We stayed at Maja's for almost a week and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as described, very cozy and well equipped. Maja was incredibly kind and helpful – she gave us great tips on what we should see and do in the area, and followed up along the way to make sure we were doing well. It really made the whole experience even better. We felt very welcome and can definitely recommend a stay here!

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Everything super and exactly as described. The apartment is spacious and cozy, the views fantastic and the location simply great: still in the historic old town, but a few streets away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
