Very nice, clean cottage with plenty of equipment. Cooking is done in the oven, stove, grill, and even microwave. It was lovely with boats and paddles when they were found😊. If something negative has to be said (which is not related in any way to the cabin), there are just a terrible number of ticks. 2 dogs, a girl and I went to the cottage, walking and already attached during the week about 30😖.

We stayed at Joni’s place for a weekend during a music festival. The apartment worked well for us even though we were 4 people and the apartment is quite small (which was clearly communicated to us) Overall a great place to stay in the centre of Strömfors Iron works. Joni was a great host, and all communication worked well with him. The apartment matched the description and there was all the necessary amenities!

Recently renovated modern apartment, equally suitable for short- and long-term stays. Has all the essential appliances, including a stove, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located right next to a bus stop, with 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was timely and helpful.

An open living area features large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Wooden beams highlight the ceiling, and a combination of seating options is arranged around a dining table. A warm ambiance is created with a mix of modern and rustic decor.

This place was absolutely adorable! A cozy and cozy apartment inside 200-year-old logs. The "energies" were inviting and warm. We had a good night's sleep in a good bed. In the morning, I was able to refresh myself by taking a dip from my own beach directly into the Kymen River. A private shower and toilet were a big plus. A stone's throw from the wellness center where I was 4 days at a yoga retreat. It was nice to walk to the place with the birds singing. Tiitus was a friendly and considerate host. "Peaceful Nature Escape" is the perfect name for this property. Thank you 🩷 I can warmly recommend to everyone who comes to stop at the stunning Swedish holiday in Ruukki's milieu. See you again next year as the retreat continues!

Authentic summer cottage with no amenities. Bright by a watery little lake, hidden from other cottagers in the area. Large deck areas where you can spend a summer day, sunbathe and barbecue. There's also a lot on the deck that can be heated with trees. (Using the hot tub for an additional fee) Running water comes in from the lake, drinking water comes in the canister by the renter. Tidy outdoor toilet. Good parking areas. Free use of a sup board and a large floating water mattress.

Amazing cottage by Kotolampi. An electrified “off-grid” cabin with acoustics & solar panels, which also creates remote work thanks to wifi and a separate computer screen. There are sleeping places for a total of nine guests, with all the cottage amenities from the sauna, a lot, a huge deck, fire pits, and rowing boats. Peace of mind is guaranteed, as there are no cottage neighbors. About 3km away is the Defence Forces training area, where you can sometimes hear a bang.
