Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were in a tough spot and needed help at the last minute in the middle of the night, and they went above and beyond to assist us. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and their kindness made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with an amazing host!

stay 3 hari 2 mlm , overall semua ok ja , homestay pun best cuma yg kurang nya parking , parking teda utk yg guest so kalau mau parking dlm bangunan tu kena bayar , kalau ndamau bayar kena parking d luar jauh sikit la mau naik pun kena tawaf tu bangunan 😂 parking murah ndapa juga ni sejam Rm1 nah matai 😌

Really great stay in KK. Air bnb is in a good location, close to the jetty. Apartment was as described and perfect for four. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean.

Vysoká hodnota ubytování za dobrou cenu, Simeon byl s námi v kontaktu po celou dobu pobytu. Při příjezdu na nás čekal na recepci, vše vysvětlil. Byl velmi milý a ochotný. Vybavení ubytování bylo perfektní, vše funkční. Pračka se sušičkou je velmi užitečná. Navštívili jsme i bazén v 6. patře, voda byla čistá a atmosféra u bazénu velmi příjemná. Poloha je v docházkové vzdálenosti na trhy, obchodní centrum a hlavně do přístavu. Určitě znovu navštívíme. Důrazně doporučuji. Děkuji za skvělý pobyt.

Comfortable to stay that allow close bonding among the guests. Great location, walking distance to shopping amenities, eatries, to local day and night markets. Near waterfront with good view. Responsive staff.

Kevin's place was a lovely stay. Easy to follow instructions on arrival making it stress free. The apartment was spotless and well kept. Great view to the sea. We didn't use the facilities but the pool looked nice. Great coffee shop on the 1st floor that has oat milk 👍🏼 Would recommend staying here. Thanks Kevin for a great 2 day stay 😀

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. We loved staying at Grace Guesthouse. We loved the stream and spent an entire day just playing there. There are spectacular views just outside the house. It's away from any modern amenities, but one goes here to get away from the city life. Would be lovely if we could return here sometime. Thank you for all your help and kindness!

地址离机场很近，周边配套齐全，步行到夜市，市场很近，周边还有imago商场，吃的也多。房东信息回复很及时，钥匙放置的地方特别好找。安保很好，二个卫生间太适合我们四个了，性价比很高

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

늦은 밤, 착륙 후 핸드폰의 인터넷 설정이 잘 안되어 공항 와이파이로 공항에 도착했다 메세지만 보내고 출발했는데, 호스트는 이미 로비에서 저희를 기다리고 있었습니다. 3대가 함께 떠난 여행으로 각자의 프라이버시를 지킬 수 있는 방이 있었습니다. 또한 넓은 거실이 제공되어 함께 있고 싶을 땐 함께 지낼 수 있습니다. 모든 편의시설이 도보로 가능하여 편리하고 넓은 수영장도 좋았습니다. 거실에서 탁트인 바다뷰도 인상적이었고 선셋도 방에서 볼 수 있습니다. 재방문 의사 100%입니다.

房子位于亚庇菜市场附近，午餐可以在市场后面自行采购，到市场二层加工点加工，晚餐可以去夜市，离天桥下榴莲摊位和佳雅街夜市都比较近，步行可以到达

host really responsive ! allowed us early check in around 2pm without any extra charge ! some of cultery like bowl and scissors need to bring your own cause thats the only thing there non but it still something that not really necessary. its convenient, clean as for me, just 6floor, clothes dryer even there 😍 gonna stay here again if we come again ~
