Vacation rentals with beach access in Kota Kinabalu District

Amazing morning view, sunset, and close enough to Jayston pier.

The apartment has great views in 3 directions. Many Restaurants, Shops and Markets are in walking distance. The host responded always quickly and was committed to resolve any question we had as soon as possible. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this apartment again next time we are in KK.

We stayed for the DragonBoat race at Likas. House was nice. Big space, can fit up 7 person (if 1 of them sleep on the couch). Washing machine & dryer was a huge bonus for us! Distance from Taman Awam Likas is walkable (1.2km) but need to be alert when crossing the road. Less eatery but they have a market/convenience store located at Ground Floor. Not far from the city (easily access by grab/taxi). Overall, it was a great stay for us! Will repeat in future!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

Very nice unit. Spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There’s always a person to help with the mechanical parking. Great area, quiet yet close to the city.

The unit is big, cosy and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to many entries and few minutes drive to the morning market.

The house was very comfortable and welcoming. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The price was affordable and commensurate with the quality of the accommodation. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu.

location is good near to airport and few minutes to arrive to town. spacious kids can run freely but of course with supervision.

Owner very friendly and very particular to stress out muslim concept. Feel at home with all complete kitchen stuff ready to use. Allow extended check out even another guest will get in. No fussy checkin such as collecting deposit or whatever. Convenient staycation.

It is a hidden getaway gem. Great for family with a little something for everyone.

stayed 1 night at this AirBnB for Marathon. location is juz a few steps from start point. also easy to locate. house is well kept maintained. if only air-con be available in all the bedrooms & bathrooms be well ventilated, it would be a bonus! but if given another opportunity, would choose this location again for accomodation. highly recommended as host super helpful

The beautiful sea view is unforgettable. It's a new building, so it's pleasant. I welcomed Sunset while enjoying the steambot with the other guests. It's an unforgettable memory. There was no private kitchen, but there was a kitchen and a table that was shared outdoors, so it was convenient. Wong is well aware of local restaurants and surrounding tourist information. Still a kind and considerate Wong couple This is why I stay here again. The reason most Korean tourists stay in Kota Kinabalu City are convenient for transportation, but the Putatan here is also close to the airport, the area around the villachon is well organized and Grab is easily accessible. Local couples come to take a lot of wedding photos. It's a beautiful place!

Our recent stay was truly remarkable. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets that graced the horizon each evening. This Airbnb is perfect for anyone seeking a memorable and serene getaway. Highly recommended for those who appreciate stunning sunsets and a peaceful environment.

We spent 10 days at Clidern's condo. The location was very nice, just a bit out of town but still very convenient, with a view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is spacious and feels solid- many condos have thin walls and floors but this one was very quiet. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with island, even though we did not cook very much! There are so many good places to eat, even a small food centre in the parking lot beside the building. If we come back to KK, we will definitely book again.

1⃣ ️Appearance: The living environment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a carefully decorated and stylish little house. It looks very cozy. 2⃣ ️Living experience: The bedding is very comfortable and the bed sheets and other supplies are very clean. I slept very well. 3⃣ ️Communication: Communication with Brittany was very smooth. She was very considerate of our needs and helped us in a timely manner. She was a really good host. 4⃣ ️Location: JQ Tower is just a 5-minute walk from the pier, very convenient. 5⃣ ️Surroundings: There is a supermarket, and it is very close to the mall and Gaya Street, which is very suitable for travelers who like to walk around the city.

Thanks to the very active host, I was able to relax and play with the kids. I had to throw away the carrier because it was broken, but I was touched by the fact that HennQ was okay with it. I had a good time.

It was a very warm welcome stay. Last minutes booking, but stil worth it for 2 nights stay. Alison thank you so much. Will book again next time 😃
