Enjoy exclusive use of the ground-floor unit in a double-storey house. The house has been renovated so ground and first floors are completely separated, each with its own private entrance. This unit has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds + 1 bunk bed with 2 singles), a private living room, pantry, and bathroom. Upstairs is occupied by another tenant, and all photos show the ground-floor unit. Private entrance (left door) and 1 shared parking space. Please book only if you understand this arrangement.

My place is located at Junction 5 residence: 5 minutes to Timesquare shopping mall and J5 Mart for groceries shopping. 15 minutes to The Spring and Boulevard shopping mall. 20 minutes to Bintulu Airport. It's simple yet fully furnished and well maintained. My place is good for business travelers and families (with kids). We are trying our very best to make all our guests feel at home. In return, we'll also hope all the guests to treat it as your own home & take good care of it😊
