As of December 2019, you can't cook in this house. And there is no fridge too. However, the house is just nice, location is good. The host is probably the best I've had on AirBnB so far. He really responds quickly. So you probably won't have too many worries during your stay here.

The room is spacious and the accommodation is conveniently located, very close to the beach, and there is a new library nearby for digital nomads as well as office study use.The host's home runs a breakfast shop downstairs and will be served daily with a rich and nutritious breakfast.My husband and I had a great stay here, thank you!

Very lively B&B, clean, tidy and odorless, convenient transportation, the ground floor is the owner's grocery store, very convenient for buying daily necessities and exchanging cash. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, which are delicious and inexpensive, with similar tastes to China, but they are closed during the Spring Festival. The boss and his family are very friendly and responsive. They personally picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, deposited my luggage, etc. They were very responsive to my requests. Surprisingly, the boss is a Hakka Chinese, native of Meizhou. There is no barrier to communicating in Hakka. It is a different experience to meet people from my hometown in a foreign country. Close to the airport, the plane takeoff noise is very loud, but there is basically no noise during the night sleep, and I also sleep soundly, so it doesn't affect much.

I had a fantastic time I extended my stay I was so happy. if your working remotely this is great too decks in the room. peaceful and very good atmosphere. bed was comfortable and the deck and chair was great for working long hours on computer. I usually dred this because I have a bad back I saw the chair and got up early just to work. the shower was hot and there were fans for cooling plus the ac so you were never hot. which is important when your working all hours everything was close to walk to for food and grab add no issues with address. I looking forward to going back I felt very at home there. overall I was extremely happy and you will be too.

The location is great. It's a strategic location in Kota Kinabalu, so it's a good place to stay. There is a convenience store right next to the property and many restaurants. If you're not steps away, you'll find two banks that can be withdrawn. It's night, so you don't have to worry about what to do. Twenty steps away, Kota Kinabalu's two biggest clubs, bed and 999, await you. It's so nice to have the name of the place right away in Grab. The surrounding tourist attractions, including Tanjung Aru Beach, are also really close, so it's not worth the five stars! ^ ^

Very huge place with many rooms with great beds. Great wifi and complete amenities. Some bedrooms even have private toilets. Alex was very helpful in explaining the entire check in and living in procedures. Great place to stay.

This is the owner of the convenience store's own home. The room is very clean, tidy and cozy. The host is very friendly, warm, polite and replies promptly. The surroundings of the room are very convenient. There are places to eat. Taxis are very fast. It is also very convenient to go to the beach to watch the sunset. We chose this place because we wanted to watch the sunset (the sunset is really beautiful). The overall feeling is very good ~

I immediately felt very open and warmly received 🙏 The host was very friendly, explained that working on the roof is advancing. But I didn't even notice that because I left relatively quickly. The craftsmen were also very friendly. What I really liked is that the host gave me suggestions that were free! I didn't feel like they wanted to sell me something! I liked it! The host chatted with me in the evening before he went into the house. The next morning, he had the time for me. He is very friendly, interested, helpful and I would definitely recommend or book again. I wish him and the family all the best for the future!
