Vacation rentals with a pool in Kota Kinabalu District

Surely i will come again, I love the place. Quiet neighborhood even on Hari Raya. The house is clean, well maintained, can cook, can watch u tube, netflix etc. the host provide more than enough for me. i felt like home, plus i love the mini pool & the ambiance is very relaxing.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Alisa’s place is perfect up to 4 pax. She provides enough utensils and cutleries and suitable for a family to cook dinner . She is also very responsive to our questions and request . My friends and I are very happy to stay there and would recommend it to our family and friends

This airbnb place was the first place that felt like home, i know its cliche but it actually felt that warm and cosy which added a bit of flavour to my stay here in KK. other than that, the host was very responsive and kind as well, normally i would give a highest 4 stars rating for airbnbs but this deserves the extra star.

Good location, downstairs is imago shopping mall. But only 1 thing is the Bathroom ceiling wall need to repair.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

The room is good, you can see the mountain from one window, you can see the sea on one side, it is beautiful to watch the sunset by the balcony.The room is very clean, the decoration style is very modern. It is really nice to have a direct water dispenser. We have more people to avoid the trouble of constant boiling water.The host was very nice and provided us with a luggage storage service after the stay, and it was easy to pick up the self-service.There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs that all taste great, as well as 2 24-hour convenience stores.It is also very convenient to call Grab, and it is a perfect stay.

It was a very warm welcome stay. Last minutes booking, but stil worth it for 2 nights stay. Alison thank you so much. Will book again next time 😃

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.

Tze Yin was a wonderful host, very friendly and proactive. Location is very central and within walking distance to many shops. Checking in and out is easy. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone.
