Vacation rentals with a patio in Kostrena

Val is very friendly and hospitable host. She welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. She was very responsive. It was a bit windy the 1st day so the next day she came by to clean the entrance from all the leaves. The apartment is cosy and is close by the beach and a little shop. It’s a bit in the outskirts of the center, but just a 5 min drive away by car or you can walk to the center on a beautiful coastline road which takes around 40 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bikes could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and great views. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

When we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed. Liliana did the check-in with us and showed us everything and was super informative. We were able to contact her at any time and received quick feedback. During the stay, we didn't miss anything. We will be back and were very satisfied!

Vedrana met us at arrival and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. She was very friendly and relaxed with our two dogs who could stroll around the big garden.

Great apartment with everything you might need during your stay :) Cozy furnished, equipped kitchen, balcony with a great view. The place matched the photos (even better in live), was clean. Hosts saved a parking place for us near the building. There is a 15-20 minutes to the nearest beach and city center. And yes, going back to the apartment needs some strength and energy, but it didn’t bother us ☺️

Nina was a great host, the location was wonderful! Stunning view of the sea from the outdoor areas and from one bedroom! The pool was very nice and clean. Overall, a great experience! 🤝🏽😊

We were simply thrilled - both with the apartment and with Alen. Super nice, competent and helpful host. The apartment is just great! Exactly as described - we immediately felt comfortable, we lacked nothing and we would come back!! Absolute recommendation!! Mega highlight is of course the balcony :-) The bed was very comfortable and we had - although the apartment (as described) is not huge, enough space for everything!!

Dear Vlado! We felt very comfortable in your apartment! The apartment is superbly laid out, very clean and the view fascinated us! The proximity to the place is perfect! You can walk to the beach. There are shops and good restaurants and two bakeries are also within easy reach. Selce is a great, lively place where there is certainly no boredom in the evening. You can also easily walk along the beach promenade to the next larger town. There are countless swimming opportunities here, too. We had a great vacation week with our children and will certainly come back! Thank you for the hospitality :-)

We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

The stay was fine Doris and her daughter were very enthusiastic and helpful. We received delicious cookies that she had baked herself. The view is beautiful, in short, everything is okay.

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can relax perfectly in the hot tub and on the terrace.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! To be recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!
