Vacation rentals with beach access in Kostrena

Val is very friendly and hospitable host. She welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. She was very responsive. It was a bit windy the 1st day so the next day she came by to clean the entrance from all the leaves. The apartment is cosy and is close by the beach and a little shop. It’s a bit in the outskirts of the center, but just a 5 min drive away by car or you can walk to the center on a beautiful coastline road which takes around 40 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Großer Tiefgaragenplatz, wo auch noch unsere Fahrräder stehen konnten. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen und einer tollen Aussicht. Fantastische Ruhe in der Wohngegend. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour! Ines était très accueillante, elle nous a partagé plusieurs liens et recommendations de choses à visiter. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, l’immeuble est flambant neuf, donc tout était impeccable. Ines nous a elle-même accueillie à notre arrivée et nous a fait visiter en prenant le temps de nous expliquer les particularités de l’appartement (fonctionnement de la climatisation, utilisation des volets électriques et de la porte partie hybride, etc). Nous avons eu besoin de la contacter pour une question durant le séjour et elle nous a répondu très rapidement. Il y a une promenade au bord de la mer avec de petites plages pour la baignade et plusieurs petits restaurants très sympathiques à moins de 10 minutes à pied. L’île de Krk, à environ 30 minutes, vaut vraiment le détour, les plages sont magnifiques. Nous avons aussi visité Rijeka et Opatija qui sont tout près, et aussi Rovinj, situé à environ 1h de route. Que du positif!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

Robert ist ein Mega typ, die Wohnung ist ein Traum und die Lage einzigartig. Mehr als empfehlenswert !!

Great apartment with everything you might need during your stay :) Cozy furnished, equipped kitchen, balcony with a great view. The place matched the photos (even better in live), was clean. Hosts saved a parking place for us near the building. There is a 15-20 minutes to the nearest beach and city center. And yes, going back to the apartment needs some strength and energy, but it didn’t bother us ☺️

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

My family and I stayed at Sanda’s place for a night and had a wonderful experience. The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Sanda thoughtfully provided cold beverages and an ice cream bar for each of us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location was great, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and just a short drive to the downtown beach. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit zwei Etagen. Im oberen Stock fanden wir zwei Schlafzimmer und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Dort konnten wir am nächsten Morgen in Ruhe frühstücken und den wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten und das Meer genießen. Die Hausbesitzerin Sanja war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl unser Aufenthalt kurz war, können wir die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Urlaub sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben es total genossen in diesem herrlichen Haus sein zu dürfen. Liebevoll gestaltet erzählt das Haus tolle Geschichten aus seinem langen Leben. Liuba und Valentin sind herzlich und die Umgebung lädt ein zum Wandern, schwimmen und da sein! Danke für alles!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Vali & Zdenko. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und uns wurde alles persönlich gezeigt. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und wir durften die letzten, selbst angebauten Trauben kosten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Nachbarn waren nett. Der beste Part war für uns aber definitiv der Ausblick aufs Meer und der grosse und gut gepflegte Pool. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir gemütlich auf der überdachten Terasse essen. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Opatija (mit ein paar Höhenmeter). Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.
