The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The apartment Madeleine is located in close proximity to the sea in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. A short walk through the town with its cafes, restaurants and shops takes you directly to the wide, white sandy beach with the beautiful pier. Our cozy apartment is located only 200m from the beach in the quiet family resort of Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.
