Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Our cozy apartment is located only 200m from the beach in the quiet family resort of Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.

Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).
