Villa vacation rentals in Kos

This was an absolutely amazing home from home villa. With two young kids this villa provided everything we needed and more to make our trip the most comfortable. Washing machine, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, bath tub and then the added bonus of its own private pool. The team were always very responsive and friendly and the host Nikos was there within hours if we had any problems. As was his son also, to show us how to correctly use the AC units (thank you!) we hope to be back again next year - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

Das Haus ist ganz neu, sehr geräumig und modern. Sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Evangelos lief absolut unproblematisch, er antwortet sofort und war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir haben im Haus nur gefrühstückt und sonst in Cafe und Tavernen gegessen, es ist zum großen Teil sehr günstig in Marmari. Die Betten waren super bequem. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Oneiro mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zudem war der Gastgeber jeder Zeit erreichbar und super zuvorkommend.

Wir wurden super freundlich und nett in der Unterkunft empfangen und direkt mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. In der Villa haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick aufs Meer und der Privatstrand sind wirklich einmalig und unvergleichbar schön! Die Villa ist außerdem mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sehr sauber, die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, man ist wirklich gut angebunden. Während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir den Gastgeber jederzeit erreichen. Wir können die Villa demnach herzlichst empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This villa was beautiful! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and did not want to leave! We stayed in 2 places while in Kalymnos and this was by far our favorite! Very private! One of the few places with a private pool and grill! We had the family over and cooked tomahawk steaks and ate on the patio while watching the sunset. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Γιώργος was very helpful and pleasant to deal with also!

A great place, great hosts. I’ve started all over the place with Air B&B and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Amazing. The standard of hospitality from the host was outstanding.

The villa is fantastic and very, very complete. We were very warmly welcomed by the owners. Such lovely people! The villa is very clean and has a privat swimming pool that we enjoyed very much. This is absolutely recommended!!

Cem was a helpful host and her place was lovely. Great pool and view and nice big house. The property manager was also helpful for check in and check out. The area doesn’t have a lot to do but the house itself was a great base for us. Thank you

Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

Incredible house and incredible host. Many issues on our part and Kemal always went out of his way to help. Beautiful home with a comfort that allowed for a relaxing holiday. conveniently located with a lot of great restaurants that were walking distance. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bodrum.

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Evdeki konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Ev fotoğraflardan bile daha güzeldi, tertemizdi ve her detay düşünülmüştü. Her şey çok rahattı, 4 gün 6 kişi kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Konum olarak merkezde olmasa da -ki bu evi daha özel ve sessiz yapıyor. buna bayıldık- Onur Bey ve Şengül Hanım’ın önerdiği taksi yönlendirmeleri sayesinde her yere çok kolay ulaştık, bu konuda hiç zorlanmadık. Her konuda inanılmaz ilgiliydiler. Ne zaman bir sorumuz olsa hemen yanıtladılar, ulaşım, market, restoran gibi konularda çok yardımcı oldular ve tatil boyunca kendimizi güvende ve iyi hissetmemizi sağladılar. Bir sonraki konaklamamızı planlamak için sabırsızlanıyoruz🙏🏻

Ercan Bey’in evinde üç gün geçirdik, eve toplam dört kişi geldik ilk geldiğimizde bizi Haşa Hanım karşıladı ve bize evi tanıttı kendisi çok samimi ve yardımcıydı her konuda ona ulaşabileceğimizin samimiyetini kendisinde gördük. Site içerisindeki komşularımız çok canayakın ve yardımcıydı kendileri ile tanıştığımıza çok memnunuz. Ev çok temiz çok düzenli ve ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir ev temel bütün ihtiyaçlar bulunuyor sizin yalnızca yapacağınız yemeği veya içeceğiniz içeceği almanız gerekiyor . Ayrıca evin konumu denize 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde kendi sahil alanları var ve sitenin havuzu bir o kadarda güzel . Bunun dışında Bati Hanım da her aradığımızda bize hızlı geri dönüş yaparak her ihtiyacımızı da bize yardımcı oldu. Geçirdiğimiz günlerden ve vakitten çok keyif aldık bir daha gelmeyi planlıyoruz .

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

Wir haben uns in der Villa von Familie Menges-Weber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Turutreis und Gümüslük am Hang mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist, wie in der Türkei aber überall typisch, über nur sehr schlecht geteerte Straßen. Da wir dies jedoch im Voraus wussten, hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Menges-Weber und auch an Herrn Danaci für die vor Ort Kommunikation!

Yatakta uyanmak bu manzara sayesinde inanılmaz keyifliydi. Alt kattaki balkonda ve dış mekandaki verandada bu enfes manzaraya karşı yemeğinizi, içeceğinizi tüketmek huzur doluydu. Ev gayet temizdi ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz tüm donanımlara (tost makinesi, filtre kahve makinesi, mangal, saç kurutma cihazı vb) sahipti. Ailemle yaz sezonunda da gelmeyi düşüneceğimiz bir destinasyon.

Our stay at Ali’s place was remarkable. The place is squeaky clean, and Ali was attentive to any request.. We had trouble in one of the bathrooms however Ali made sure it gets fixed we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again, recommended it to anyone who wants to enjoy the Sun and Stunning views…

We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice, clean, and had a beautiful view. Akif Can was an excellent host – very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. He was also flexible and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!
