House vacation rentals in Kos

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

We particularly enjoyed the accommodation. On the one hand, the place is nicer than the pictures show. In addition, the accommodation is nicely decorated and clean. The furniture and equipment are new and not worn. The location is great because it is quiet around the villa and yet you are very close to the city and thus to restaurants bars and clubs. So you have everything from yours. The pool area has sun all day, so you can sunbathe and take advantage of it in peace. The owners and staff of the property are available at all times and the communication is great. This place is super recommended. They are super cute cats in the area who crave love and attention. This was the most beautiful thing we were able to experience on our vacation.

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

This is the best villa we had in Bodrum , it’s is very very grate ,, I really recommend to stay there, next year I will come من افضل الأماكن اللي سكنتها في بودروم وانصح فيها بشده

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Mr. Yaşar was extremely interested in us and answered our questions quickly. The house was as seen and described in the photos; the view was outstanding. There was nothing missing in the house and everything met our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Ms. Ayça's father, Mr. Halil, greeted us at the accommodation. A caring , friendly family. We had no trouble communicating. They responded to our questions right away. The house was old but very clean. It is within walking distance to the sea and markets. We were satisfied with our stay. Thank you

Very peaceful and private place close to water, super market and excellent walk ability, kousina restaurant has Chinese food close by.

Can't say enough good things about this place and our host! Location is phenomenal - as climbers, walking distance to Grotta - Poets, rental scooter places 30 sec walk away, and 1-2min walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The view from the patio is stunning - I drank my morning coffee out there every morning and it never got old. The place itself is super functional - kitchen has everything you need to make basic meals. There's laundry there, bath towels on hand and enough hot water for 3 climbers to shower each night. Our host was OUTSTANDING. Helped arrange our taxi; we stupidly didn't realize we would need charging adapters (coming from Canada) and she brought some for us; on a string of colder nights she brought us an extra blanket; she even gave us some jars of honey. This host went a ove and beyond any other host I've ever had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and can't recommend it enough or say enough positive things :)

We were very kindly received , very helpful hostess. The villa is very nice and tidy. Very beautiful breathtaking views from the terrace . Rooms are spacious and clean . Beautiful large kitchen with all appliances. The Air Conditioning works just fine. This villa is highly recommended.

The house is located next to the sea, 5 minutes to the beach . The hostess provided everything necessary for the guests. We felt at home. All issues were resolved quickly with the help of Söhret. We were very satisfied with our stay at Söhret. Thanks for everything.

Had the most amazing stay with Nina. she is so welcoming and the place is so spacious. You will definitely need to have scooters or a car to get to any of the climbing crags, so would recommend organising that before you arrive. Otherwise it was perfect, super peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the great view.

Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

Petros has a fantastic place to stay right in the middle of Kos Town. All restaurants, the harbor, old town and beaches are within walking distance. Petros is extremely helpful and even drove us to the ferry. I would highly recommend staying here.

Betty's house is wonderful, as is Betty herself. The location right by the small beach, central yet very quiet. Great. The traditional family house is lovingly furnished. Due to the construction and the many windows you can ventilate it wonderfully and it stays nice and cool. Despite the heat wave, we only needed the air conditioning twice in 10 days. An oasis is also the back porch vin bougainvillien overgrown and perfect for breakfast and lunch. It has everything you need and the kitchen is also very well furnished. Anytime again!

Wonderful two-story house, spacious and comfortable with large bedrooms and an incredibly comfortable and beautiful open plan kitchen-living area on the ground floor. Very beautiful terrace on the floor. We felt very comfortable from the start, we didn't miss anything. Very beautiful and quiet location, it is literally close to everything, you go everywhere in the city on foot. The house is one of the cases where the reality is better than the photos! The host was very informative in everything, discreet, friendly and polite in our communication, we didn't even have to ask about anything as he provided us with all the information and every detail about our stay, before we even arrived!

A very spacious apartment a stone’s throw from the beaches and the amenities of Kos town. Antonia and her mum have been very kind and helpful.

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!
