We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

the little red house is a great place to stay with a view of the ocean:) our family enjoyed the walk around the headland which you could easily walk to. You will feel right at home , the comfort cleanliness is a credit to Karen

Had an excellent stay at Roz’s place. A beautiful home that was very spacious and clean. Had a great outdoor area too which was perfect with the rainy weather. Roz was always friendly and quick to reply.

Check in: out was simple, and we had a great instruction manual which gave us great ideas of things to do in surrounding areas. Had a great stay at Emma’s! We made a last minute booking, and was able to check in almost immediately. We appreciate the love that’s been put into the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Small things make a difference- like the toys we found for our little girl to play with. We will no doubt be back on our next visit to Sawtell. Thankyou :)

Our stay at Matariki was nothing short of exceptional. Our host, Julie, was warm, welcoming, proactive in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The welcome basket was great and Julie’s sourdough is worth fighting for! The location is very convenient and peaceful and the accommodation is very comfortable. This will be a return address for us … for sure.

The cute Coastal Getaway hosted by Irene felt super homely. We stayed the night on the way up to the Gold Coast and she was super accomodating with a late arrival from Sydney ensuring that we had easy access. Super easy to get to and find. Would highly recommend!

A perfect b&b with everything you need for a getaway. A beautifully decorated space with all the kitchen gadgets, lovely linen, super comfy beds, walking distance to beaches and coffee in the morning - perfect!

Steve's place is an amazing place to stay, has everything you need for breakfast and staples and Steve is absolutely lovely. BYO lunch and dinner and you're set for your stay. Bring apples, carrots and grapes for the horses!
