You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting.
