For us, it was like winning the lottery, as we came across this gem at short notice. Carola's apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar and is still well connected to public transport. In max. 10 minutes you can reach a stop of the U14, in about 15 minutes one of the U12. The old apartment on the 1st floor is tasteful and spacious; every day I discovered new positive details. Everything is very clean, with a modern fitted kitchen and high-quality dishes. Upon arrival, we found water bottles, wine, apples and sweets. There were even toothbrushes in the bathroom – an all-inclusive package. You feel like you're with a relative. The garden can be shared, and there is a small grocery store nearby. Stuttgart is hilly, and some stairs lead to the apartment; with a walker it would be rather unsuitable. Communication was quick and friendly despite our last-minute booking. We felt comfortable at the place immediately and were also very satisfied with the location. The apartment is very modern and nicely decorated and there were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. In addition, the area was very quiet and green. Perfect for a weekend for two or with friends!

Beautiful apartment! We enjoyed our stay

The room is relatively small at about 20-25 m², but really cosy. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and there is a fully functional kitchen with basically all cooking stuff. In short, it's a small space that provides everything you need to feel like at home.

We really enjoyed the apartment! There were two of us and we had everything we needed. Bed linen and the apartment in general were also clean. We felt right at home. The area is a bit quiet, but we had opportunities to have breakfast and eat outside after a short walk. Stuttgart city center is also easy to reach, but then by train. Walking to the train station and going into town has always taken us about half an hour to 45 minutes. That's totally fine The price is a bit expensive compared to other AirBnBs in the area, but I think the apartment is worth the price. It's a really large apartment with a large and clean bathroom, large bed with clean linens and a large living room and clean kitchen. A refrigerator, kettle and even a console were also there. Phillips' information messages were completely sufficient. I didn't have to ask any questions or follow up. Everything was great!

Very nice apartment in a quiet yet central location, equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We felt totally comfortable and would be happy to come back!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Kyrill's place. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was super easy to get inside and the check-in process was flexible. Kyrill was a super host, very responsice, proactive and always helpful. I can recommend him as a host :)

Very clean apartment, great location.

We had a great stay at Johanna's apartment! There were seven of us there and the space was absolutely sufficient – the apartment is really spacious and ideally suited for a group of this size. Everything was as described, very clean and tidy, and everything was thought of: There were enough towels for everyone, the equipment was complete and functional – we felt comfortable immediately. The location is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing, and a private parking space was also available – very convenient! Check in and out were completely straightforward. We would also like to highlight Johanna as a host: She was always friendly, accessible and helpful. You can tell that she really welcomes her guests. We can fully recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

Florian’s apartment was great for our needs! The location was perfect for us near the city and had good parking. We will be back when we are in this area again.

The check-in was very flexible thanks to a super guide from Steffen. I felt very comfortable upon my arrival in the beautiful and cozy accommodation. I would therefore plan my four-night stay in exactly the same way.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You are in the city with lots of restaurants in a few meters and also quickly in the countryside. We even got a map. The accommodation was also superbly located for our dogs and they could move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and not very visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the day of departure. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you for the relaxing and restful weekend.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!
