The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. In fact, if you want, it has a very suitable area for barbecue and brewing tea in the samovar. Most importantly, Mr. Soner came to us in five minutes when we needed him and took care of your problem. Very understanding and helpful Mr. Soner was a very nice host. Thanks to her, our vacation went very well.

A very modern apartment with new appliances, making a very comfortable stay. The main street close by has lots of restaurants and 3-4 different grocery stores within a 10 min walk. It's a short drive to downtown or to the beaches. A great place to stay if you aren't interested in the resorts in Side!

Although the amenities in the house are minimal, they are quite sufficient. Within walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants. There's even a grocery store with home delivery. A apartment where you can be very comfortable.

Serkan and his wife are great hosts and friendly and helpful. Both were always available and took care of everything. The apartment is as described and absolutely clean and quiet. The complex and the pool are very well maintained and the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. It is not far to the beach on the edge of Side and for the most necessary purchases, a small supermarket is very close. We will be back for sure.

It was all as shown on the pictures. Coffee maker, kettle, table grill, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, towels, linens, vacuum cleaner, iron and cleaning products on site. Gamze from the guest support is very nice, could be reached at any time and very quickly. Restaurants, supermarket Market and Migros can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The pool was not yet filled at this time (mid-March). Personally, I was very satisfied and certainly wasn't there for the last time.
