Villa vacation rentals in Konya

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

Very nice place, all brand new. Everything was there, kitchen with more than enough glasses, knives etc. Toys for childeren, also for in the pool. We got the fresh eggs she wrote. And even some bread and to drink. Even things like salt etc was there. Very nice pool. In every room an air conditioner. For us it was a TOP place and can recommend it.

Given there were so few reviews, I was hesitant to book this property, but I'm so glad I did! The villa, albeit roadside, is on a quiet road and a 2 minute walk to the main road running through Side. The location is excellent. We never had any bother with public transport finding the location. The property is surrounded by several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, but one just a few doors down to get the essentials, including fresh bread daily. The villa was a great size, but the pool was something else - so amazing. In our opinion, the villa was well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing missing for me was a hairdryer. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washing machine, iron etc. Finally, the beds were really comfortable, and with shutters in every room, it meant that you could get a good sleep before the morning sun. The villa captured the sun all day long. Totally recommend, it was total bliss and would not hesitate to go again when in Side.

The house was as it appeared in the photos, everything was clean and tidy, Dawn was immediately helpful when we had an old man, I would definitely recommend

Beautiful house with a nice swimming pool which was almost like a private pool as we were the only ones who seemed to use it. The host was responsive, prompt and communicated clearly. Town centre and the beach within 10 to 15 minute walking distance. We had a great holiday, thank you !

I loved my stay at Emine villa. It’s new and modern, all very clean and with all necessary for have a pleasant time. The garden and pool with sun from morning till evening and no any neighbours around the area of garden, then you can enjoy it really calm. City center and beach are 2-3 minutes on car and Emine is welcoming and very reactive to answer for any questions. I recommend if you want a nice stay to book that villa.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Gourgeous villa. Very cozy. Nice pool. Clean comfortable and spacious. Our family of five had a great time. very responsive host. Would stay again.

We had a great week. Host was so friendly, really responsive, went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Apartment was clean, exactly as photos. Safe neighbourhood, lovely pool. 20 mins walk to beach, 2 mins to supermarket, 5 mins to good restaurants, Side old town 35 min walk or you can get a taxi to save your legs but we just walked.

The hospitality we received from this host, who treated us more like visiting family than a guest, was amazing! Oscan did everything and more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! The apartment is relatively new and as such, has modern furniture and appliances. It is in a quiet residential area with lush gardens, a bbq, gazebo and well equipped kitchen. It also has a nice pool but sadly we arrived too early for it to be in service. It has two full balconies, one on the main and one upstairs which we really enjoyed for morning coffees or evening wine. It is not within walking distance to the beach but not to worry…if you don’t have a car there is free transport to a beautiful beach club where you can spend the day and even be driven home again! This spacious apartment would be ideal for two couples or a family, as it has two full bathrooms with showers, as well as a half bathroom. Very near to supermarkets and restaurants, Oscan’s place was a welcome oasis for our visit to Side!

We had a fantastic 3-day stay in Manavgat, hosted by the wonderful Muzaffer. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family trip. Muzaffer was a kind and caring host, always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The area was peaceful and calm, offering a great environment to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Manavgat. The home was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and pleasant from start to finish. If we ever return to this region, we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manavgat — you’ll enjoy a quiet, cozy stay with a great host. Thank you, Muzaffer, for your warm hospitality!
