It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is modernly furnished and very clean. The same goes for the pool and the ambiance around it. The complex is in a very quiet area. Always happy to stay again. A great host!

When we entered the house, it was clean and smelled of perfume, the beds and sheets were clean and tidy enough. Communication with Metin was easy, he gave quick answers, and he was very helpful in finding the house. The location of the house is very close to the bazaar, you can easily reach the markets and restaurants that you want to walk to, I had no idea how close it was to the beach because we went to other beaches by car. Metin's house has all the facilities to cook, our only problem is that when we come home in the evening, the Karafatma people were celebrating among themselves:) Metin brother, if you solve that problem, the house is great... And it said the pool check-in and check-out times, but the pool wasn't open yet

Mr. Genco was an understanding person and they were very helpful at the entrance to the house. The house was like the same pictures. It was a stay that felt like my own home. I just couldn't quite set the shower, but the room wasn't an important detail. It was one of the houses I would definitely prefer when I came to Mersin again, thank you very much.

The place we stayed was in the most tranquil and most detached place on the site, it was very fun to spend time on the huge patio and to set up a table. The place was 10/10. Very clean, comfortable and fresh. There were problems connecting the phone to the tv, but apart from that everything was perfect. It was very reassuring to have a host like Mert. A very kind, welcoming and responsible person. Definitely recommended!
