The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Cozy and charming granary near Drammen, but still very rural on Svarterud farm. The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery. In the yard, 2 sisters live in their own houses with their families and pets. The forest is in the immediate vicinity. Please note that the property does not have a full bathroom, but a toilet room as shown in the picture. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
