Newly designed and cozy two-room apartment in a Gründerzeit house (75 square meters, plank floor, raised ground floor) with modern kitchen and bathroom (tub & shower) in downtown Görlitz. Five minutes' walk to the picturesque old town and the Gerhard Hauptmann Theater. Good shopping. It can accommodate four people on two double sofa beds. Musicians are especially welcome. Piano and guitar are available. Large balcony to the rear courtyard (8 square meters). Minimum two nights. No breakfast!

Also the Neisse, which takes you to the Polish side, is not too far away. You will find a fully furnished apartment. In the upper area there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
