We had a wonderful stay at Villa Despina! The location is fantastically quiet, perfect for relaxing, and at the same time a good base for exploring the south of Crete. The villa itself is very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped – from the kitchen to the beautiful outdoor area with pool, everything was well maintained. We particularly liked the warm hospitality and the little touches when we arrived. We felt right at home! A real highlight: the fantastic view of the surrounding nature and the sunsets in the evening. We will be happy to come back and can recommend Villa Despina to anyone looking for peace, comfort and Cretan warmth. Thank you for everything!

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. We had an amazing time. The house was perfect and the host went above and beyond to make it a brilliant holiday. The massages we had at the house on the last morning were the perfect end to a great holiday. The place is up a hill but this was no issue for us. It is close enough for a walk into the old town and 5 mins walk to the best beaches.

Our vacation at Kristina's in the Bellavista accommodation was absolutely fantastic!!!! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you're in the right place. By car, you can reach the next larger town in 7 minutes, where you can shop and dine. Within 30-70 minutes you can easily reach the beautiful places and beaches in the "Wild West of Crete". (Driving in Crete is also a pure pleasure and a great adventurous experience!) But even without going on big excursions, you can simply relax for days in the vacation homes with a beautiful terrace, a sparkling clean pool and a fantastic view of the greenery, soak up the sun, float on air mattresses in the pool and enjoy peace and relaxation. We almost had to tear ourselves away, because this place is simply incomparable and very special. Kristina was always warm and sweet and immediately available when we contacted her, we felt very well taken care of! Without exaggeration, this was our most beautiful vacation!!! ❤️❤

super small house, peaceful, next to everything but at the same time away from the world, 10 min and everything is next door, functional, the location is perfect to see all of Crete, 2.5 hours to go to the east of the island, and between 30 min to 1 hour from everything in the west/south west really great I would recommend Great accommodation, the people on the ridge are extremely kind, it really feels good! Go there without hesitation

Konstantinos and Stacey's apartment is really highly recommended. And a great starting point to explore the western part of Crete. Maleme is a sweet village with super nice people and you have everything on site if you don't want to drive far for a day. In the apartment we immediately felt very comfortable and even if it is a little smaller, it is so well furnished that every room is used sensibly and also in the kitchen everything you need for everyday needs is available. We lacked nothing. Konstantinos and Stacey were super sweet in communication and responded quickly to any questions. We were also very happy about the lovely welcome with wine, raki and welcome cards - and could directly enjoy a drink in the evening on the balcony. We had a great stay and would come back again and again.

Michail is an extremely gracious and helpful host. Her apartment is impeccable, perfectly equipped, and offers all the comforts you need. Located in a very quiet area, it is a real haven of peace. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by many welcome gifts. We highly recommend this address!

Absolute bliss. This house is in the beautiful Topolia, a small town on the road to the popular Elafonissi Beach. The actual house is perfect—clean, save, good bathroom, kitchen and stunning view. The bakery and taverns in town are amazing. Much better food than near the beaches. Try the classic crete food and enjoy the wonderful view.

Beautiful house, close to many gorgeous beaches in the North West part of Crete and near Chania, that are very easy to reach by car. The place had everything we needed, the hosts are great, very quick to respond. Thank you, Maria and Stefano's, we had a great time in your house!

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

Electra was just amazing. We met her close to the apartment and she brought us there to do the check-in in with us. She is super friendly and shared some recommendations with us. The place is as described, it has everything needed for a few days. The garden and the spot under the olive tree are beautiful to have breakfast or read. Note: you will need a car to get there, but it is just a short drive to some restaurants and supermarkets. It was a really great stay and a good location to explore the west of Crete and its beaches.

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

Very quite and peaceful place and great host

Evi’s place is spacious, well-equipped for families, and the bed was super comfortable! The garden was a hit with the kids who would play there every morning while we had our morning coffee outside. We had everything we need from beach towels, beach toys, a baby high chair, baby toilet seat, mosquito repellent, and more..! Evi is a great host and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, like helping us find a taverna that delivered late on the night of our arrival, or bringing us some homemade kalitsounia. We really appreciate the hospitality and would come back anytime!

This is the kind of place you'll never forget. Wow wow wow! The view is really great; in the green, between the rocks overlooking the sea. There is no one around and you really have a cottage to yourself and that on a very beautiful piece of Crete. It is smart to do groceries on the way (in the kitchen you will find everything to cook and there is a barbecue), because a large supermarket is almost half an hour's drive and the tavern in the village is great for the day, but in the evening you do not want to take that dark route on loose stones (that road is anyway getting used to, but to do). Do you feel like checking out for a few days? Then this is really the place. We will definitely come back!

STAIRS HOMES & SUITES offers everything for a relaxing vacation in a wonderful, quiet area. We especially enjoyed the large terrace! In the house, everything you need in everyday life was available in sufficient quantity. The small supermarket opposite offers an assortment for everyday needs. The Old Petrol Station about 1.5 kilometers away is an authentic tavern, very delicious! Nikos, thank you for the wonderful time!

Lovely to sit and look straight at the sea from front terrace Vineyard view at rear. Lovely taverna few minutes walk with live entertainment on Monday. Easy drive to many lovely beaches and tavernas Highly recommend
