Vacation rentals with beach access in Kolymvari

We had a wonderful stay at Sifi’s. He is easy going, responsive and provided great recommendations. The apartment is beautiful, modern and we felt very comfortable with our stay. Sadly our visit was short since there are plenty to see and do that we didn’t get to do but I would book this place again if we come back.

Nasos and Irene were so hospitable to my wife and I. They were so responsive to our messages and were extremely friendly! Thank you guys!

We had a wonderful stay at the appartment! The space was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed the sunbeds on the terrace. When waking up you can immediately see the sea and enjoy the views. The location is very quiet and a good place to discover the surroundings, but also Kissamos itself!

Thrasyvoulos’s was a very responsive, proactive and helpful host. The apartment was in an amazing location with great restaurants nearby. Would recommend!

Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

The house was clean, hip, beautiful place. Everything like fotografia. Despoina was a good woman who did everything to stay fine. As he brought food, I spend a little bit in the house in Finland. Thank you!! This apartment is worth it to come! And Kissamos as a City is nice, small and as old days were these.

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

The stay at the hillside home was everything and more. The treats in the morning were a delight and the view was incredible. The host was quick to respond when we had any questions, and provided us with parking and recommendations to eat that were very close by. The parking and maneuvering around the streets may be tricky for some, so recommend renting a smaller compact vehicle. Everything ( beach, restaurants, grocery stores) is within a 5 min walk from the bnb!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful house, close to many gorgeous beaches in the North West part of Crete and near Chania, that are very easy to reach by car. The place had everything we needed, the hosts are great, very quick to respond. Thank you, Maria and Stefano's, we had a great time in your house!

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Chania. The communication was great from the moment we booked the reservation. The host made us feel very welcome and we appreciated all of the food/snacks/drinks provided. We were celebrating a special occasion and the host acknowledged this, remembering from our initial conversation, and left us some special treats and a card that we felt was above and beyond. The parking spot was great to have as we rented a car through Infinity at the host's recommendation. Even with the car, we walked the area and went to the Venetian Harbor everyday which was very close with shopping, restaurants, and people watching. We found the home to be clean and well represented by the pictures. The washer was a fantastic perk we utilized during our stay. We stayed in the lower level bedroom and found the bed to be very comfortable. We would recommend this listing and would stay here again if we returned to Chania.

Eugenia and Mihalis place is a beautiful and charming house high in the mountains with stunning views from the terrace of surrounding mountains. The accommodation was comfortable, clean with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. Set within easy reach of beach for swimming and lovely hikes through gorges and scenic coastal waters. Eugenia and Mihalis made finding them easy with directions, and a very welcoming arrival. Our stay was made very enjoyable by the charming and helpful couple with coffee in the morning, treats and home cooked delicious dinners on offer. Help with destinations, boat trips, hikes etc were much appreciated. Thank you Eugenia and Mihalis.

Great place directly opposite the beach - fantastic if you have toddlers like us. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant next door every day because the kids could play out there while we ate. If you want to visit the most beautiful beaches on Crete, this west coast location is great (though it should be noted that the beach near the house is actually facing north, which means it is thankfully not frequented by tourists). The host is very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The airbnb was very well equipped and prepared for our visit (including items we would not ordinarily expect like fruit, cake, and even a dinner on the first night - though we obviously knew about it based on previous reviews). We would come back here in a heartbeat!

A big thank you to Konstantinos and Stelina, who provide a beautiful apartment for their guests. We loved the layout of the rooms, very modern with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen where nothing was missing (even a salad spinner and a measuring cup were there!) and with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen every 5 days, real luxury! It smells very pleasant, thanks to the well-chosen incense sticks. For me, a good-smelling apartment is always very important and we appreciated that as well. The balcony is airy and in the shade after 10:00 am, so it is pleasant to stay there and the beautiful view of Souda Bay is simply wonderful. The city center is about 10 minutes by car, so you can quickly get to the center, but also quickly get out again in the evening. Ideal for people who want to enjoy city life, but prefer to have it a little quieter. Thank you again for everything!!

Quiet area, renovated clean rooms. We had an orange room in the basement with small windows facing the street. The room didn't heat up in the heat, which was great! We stayed 8 nights, the room had soaps and shampoos ready. And some snacks. This was a wonderful surprise. There was a laundry room in the 🙏building where you could wash clothes. This was great because we only traveled with backpacks. The owner was friendly and helpful. Big recommendation!! 10/10

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

I had a wonderful 12 day stay at the apartment. The location is great - just a few meters from the beach and still 15 minutes to the old town. Checking in with a key box and description was super easy. The host was always extremely responsive. And I mean really fast- I never waited more than a few minutes for a response. He helped me with all the questions and concerns and even lent me an umbrella and got me a yoga mat for my time. Really very helpful and always on site! The apartment is cozy. The bed is very comfortable (I always think that's important!). The sofa is a bit saggy - but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a real stove, toaster, kettle and microwave (which I didn't use). The balcony is large and you have sun in the morning until early afternoon. There is also a washing machine on the 2nd balcony!

Chania is a fantastic city and region, we have visited before and loved it however this time we wanted to stay outside of the old town due to noise in the evening. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. A short walk to both the old town and the beach, perfectly clean and also spacious with big terraces. Parking at the apartment which is a big plus for Chania. We visited with my parents and our toddler. Thank you Cryssa for such a lovely stay, we will certainly return!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

We stayed at Irina’s for our honeymoon! We originally booked her other listing but she offered this listing as a gift to us for our honeymoon - this alone shows how kind irina is ! Her home is beautiful, clean, and unique. We met Irina for check in and she was so kind and welcoming. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Pita goal is across the street which made it easy for when we were hungry. a lot of other restaurants within walking distance. Also walking distance to the old town and easy to find parking! Felt like a local after 4 days as the neighbors always saw us and said hi ! Lol

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!
