Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Nach dem Aufwachen zum 100 m entfernten Strand für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer, danach auf dem sonnigen Ostbalkon frühstücken und mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten! Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Perfect for couples or small families on a Baltic Sea vacation! This apartment can accommodate up to 3 people with one bedroom and a cozy sofa bed (incl. baby/child). The large living and cooking area leaves nothing to be desired: fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination; large dining table; modern TV; fireplace and large terrace. In the large bathroom you can pamper yourself with a bathtub, shower and sauna.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
