Vacation rentals with a patio in Kölpinsee

Simply perfect. The apartment was like described and even exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and we had felt very welcome from the first minute. In addition, our dachshund lady was treated as a princess, ❤️ the location is also great: secluded, but very easy to reach by car, very quiet and you can hike from the apartment well.

I was there for 3 days with my daughters, so everything worked out. It would be a little tight for 4 adults. The apartment was very clean. Everything you needed was available. We felt very comfortable. A parking space was outside the door. The train station is a 10-minute walk. We needed about 30 minutes to get to the beach promenade. Everything was perfect for a short vacation.

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, it has everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps great, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but very accessible if necessary. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

Plus a pristine and cozy apartment of the highest standard. Quiet location, close to Netto and several restaurants and cafes. The boardwalk is a 30-minute walk away, but we knew it.

Very nice apartment. Parking behind the house, great amenities, spacious, sparkling clean, good location. Everything is fine. Great proactive communication. Just a small note. The photos from the listing did not match the apartment. We had another, but were still very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Renata, as well as her mom, are super friendly ! :) Messages were responded to as quickly as possible and a suitable solution was found for everything! The place is great, there is nothing to complain about - great location and not far from the beach. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend the accommodation! Hello, the apartment is incredibly clearly structured and yet cozy. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the view of the water very much. The whole complex is highly modern and high quality. We had a very nice weekend there. Thank you.

We felt very comfortable as “New Year's Eve Dog Refugees” in Melanie's apartment. Very quiet - as desired - superbly furnished. TV with streaming, bathroom with state-of-the-art shower faucet. The missing oven was more than compensated for by the AirFryer. Melanie's tips were very helpful. And the highlight: the handcart helped us with luggage transport - envious looks from the other guests were guaranteed. We have already booked again for next year. HPK

The house is very tasteful and furnished with everything you need. We felt really comfortable and were able to overlook a few things that were not quite as optimal (very steep stairs to the attic, broken window, sluggish toilet flushing) because the rest was so beautifully and noticeably thought out and prepared with love. Communication with the host went smoothly and reliably. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of a fantastic nature reserve. We enjoyed it and were able to unwind.

The stay at Jasper and Susanne's place was just perfect. We were able to relax well and were very well looked after by Susanne. She was always available to us and very, very nice. It was wonderfully quiet in the little cottage and the view of the pasture with the horses and the storks was something special. There was enough space in the place and we felt very comfortable right away thanks to the furnishings - it was very cozy. We'll be back!

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

We were there for a bachelor party with 7 people. From check-in to departure, everything was optimal and maximally flexible. Thomas himself was there in person at the shortly announced arrival time and gave us a good introduction to the house and how to use the sauna, pool, equipment, etc. The house was 110% clean and even barefoot you couldn't feel a crumb. We had a great time and had a lot of fun thanks Thomas. Gladly come back

Highly recommend! Very spacious and well-maintained home with lots of amenities for guests. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the city at the same time. A lovely host who responds quickly to questions and is always here to help. Again, I recommend it.

Very nice house & also the associated property. A little remote - but if you want your peace and quiet just right. We found it a bit unfortunate that it is not described that the hot tub costs extra. Not bad but you can mention it beforehand. The water quality in the house was not the best, smelled of rainwater. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Very quiet area, close to the water. Stralsund is 20 minutes away. There are various activities there. The apartment was very clean. All in all it was a great short vacation

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

I was most impressed by the huge roof terrace, protected from the eye for myself. The rest of the apartment was always great for me. There was nothing missing. Would book the apartment again immediately. 👍

We felt super comfortable in Monika's apartment. Quiet location and always a parking space in front of the door. Most of the communication was about her son, who lives next door and was very helpful. I was even allowed to charge my electric car outside the door 👍 May recommend.

Spacious apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was also a blessing. the apartment is right between the Netto and the Lidl, which is really convenient. The Ostseebad Binz train station is just 650 m away and you can also reach the beach promenade and the Binz pier within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Schmachter See is quasie right behind the house. We were very very happy with the apartment.

Putzar, a small quiet village. A lovingly equipped apartment. There was nothing missing! Very, very clean!!! We felt comfortable from the first moment. Very friendly hosts. A place to relax and base to explore the area.

A lovingly, modernly furnished accommodation with everything you need. We felt right at home. Cleanliness wonderful. Very good, quiet location. Only the wifi could be better, this is only available on the ground floor. But that wasn't so bad. Too bad the price does not include bed linen and towels. In several, however, a great place to stay!
