Vacation rentals with a patio in Kolonaki, Athens

Although situated out of the centre of Athens, everywhere you want to visit is walkable with good access to trams and metro. The location is more residential but the apartment more than made up for being non central, and quite nice being away from crowds. The views from the balcony towards the Acropolis are amazing, especially whilst in the hot tub! The space is modern with great attention to detail and superbly clean and tidy with a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. Lots of cafes and restaurants in close proximity albeit not in the touristy area. The host was super helpful, great communication and proactive with help and advice.

The apartment was perfect, exactly as described, but what stood out was how helpful and accommodating Nikolaos and in particular Christos were. We were able to maximise our short time in Athens thanks to their assistance, and Christos’ love for his country is infectious! We can’t thank him enough. Who needs a travel agent when you have these guys?! We loved Athens and had a ball. Many thanks Dave and Jane

Michael's place was just perfect for our stay in Athens. The apartment is very cosy, well lit, ventilated, and calm with all the needs for a comfortable sojourn. Most places are within 30 mins by foot and being in Exarchia, it made it very easy to be spontaneous for outings, especially with Michael's recommendations. Special thanks to his neighbor Virginia, who helped us check-in in the middle of the night due to our delayed flight, and made sure everything was fine.

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a small welcome gift for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Description and photos accurate. Very clean and nice. Has washing machine outside and area to hang dry clothing. Loved the outdoor space. Only complaint (which are at no fault of the host) is if you have neighbors in the Airbnb Nextdoor, you may hear them. Only other fyi for other guests is that we had x2 full sized luggage and x2 travel backpacks, and since the space was small it was hard to move around with open luggage, but that is our fault for not thinking about that and wasn’t much of an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Just things to consider! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Host was also kind, and responsive. Apartment is very close to the metro station and only a couple stops away from tourist attractions. Safe, and quiet area. Lots of nice coffee places and a pharmacy around the corner. Thank you!

The apartment was beautifully presented, despite its compact size, and offered a wide range of amenities. The host's attention to detail was particularly impressive, as she seemed to have thought of everything. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

very pleasant stay in Christos' studio. the accommodation is very clean with necessary amenities. Christos is a very responsive, friendly host, gives good advice. we had a flight delay and Christos very kindly offered to postpone the departure time to enjoy a little more. i highly recommend it

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We are a family of 3 with a young child and felt this place is perfect in Athens. 1) fantastic apartment that is spacious (separate room and living room), clean and very well equipped. 2) wonderful and proactive owners who went out of their way to help us. Eg, there was a taxi strike in Athens, and Thanasis helped provide detail instructions proactively on how to get from the airport to the apartment. When the strike extended, he also dropped us to the airport early in the morning. Can’t underscore how wonderful they are! 3) Great location - it’s a buzzing locality with great restaurants and lots of things to do (close to Syntagma) Highly recommended!!!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!
