House vacation rentals in Kolonaki, Athens

I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

We spent a wonderful stay at Emma's House. The house is very well decorated with excellent taste. Emma clearly pays a lot of attention to details and the place was spotless. The house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures, wich was one of the many good suprises of the stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

Beautiful home as described in pictures. Ms Lila is available for anything you may need. Cleaning service is there every morning and will do your laundry and iron as well. Would stay there again

This is the second time I stayed at Homer and Isabella's place and I will definitely come back! The hosts are very friendly and open to communication; the place is spacious, modern, and clean; and the location is ideal for anyone who wants to walk to Athens' main sights and be in a lively area.

Everything was impeccable!!! The house excellent, comfortable, clean, taken out of an old Greek movie!!! It is a renovated detached house in a quiet neighborhood, with easy parking, with two large rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a back yard for the morning coffee. Thanos is a very kind, hands-on and communicative host, always ready to serve immediately whatever we needed! Definitely this house became our first choice for every visit to Athens!!!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Maria is very welcoming and gave us clear instructions before our arrival to find the place easily. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is quite large and very bright, we enjoyed the balcony. Thanks Maria!

This place is the perfect spot to enjoy Athens! It’s close to the tourist spots and walkable to so many good restaurants, shops, and the Acropolis, but it is just a couple blocks off the main stretch so it’s not too loud. Andreas was extremely responsive and gave great detailed instructions on anything we needed to know about the home. The courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy meals as well.

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

This is a great air bnb with plenty of character. Very clean and spacious. Konstantinos is an excellent host. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on my next visit

Aris' place is very nice. Upon entering the house, you felt comfortable! The garden is so chill and it was perfect for us location wise as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always available and communication was impeccable! It'll be our first choice again next Easter!

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

Apartment in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk from the Kato Patissia metro station. Within 200 meters there are many places to eat and shop. Located in the closed alley, therefore without a vehicle passage. The outdoor garden allows you to stay outdoors without the need to go out. Clean apartment with WiFi. Everything is as described and Host is very kind and quick to respond. Recommended!

Amazing little courtyard apartment in an great location. Walkable from the tourist spots more centrally. Really busy and vibrant neighbourhood but the apartment was calm, tucked away and peaceful. Eirini and Andreas were incredible hosts. So kind and the communication was fantastic. They gave us some brilliant food and drink recommendations in the area. Would definitely stay again!
