Vacation rentals in Kolios Beach

Three of us stayed at Litsa’s house. It’s a proper Greek house with plenty of space, lovely views and close to the beach. We named the beach ‘ours’ as it was so close and quiet. The house is well furnished .George was great and took us to the supermarket ( we did not have a car). He called briefly most days to see if we needed anything. Meeting Litsa and George was part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. I could try out my ligo ellinika, they were patient with my attempts to communicate. He offered to take us to the airport which was a great help. The walk to the mini market and bus stop for regular buses to town and other beaches is about 10-15 minutes up and downhill in places, so one needs to be relatively mobile, but it’s a beautiful stroll, even with my dodgy knees. We loved the house the garden the many places to sit outside. And it was away from crowds, so private. We self catered so can’t recommend restaurants which would be a 10 min walk away. I had an amazing experience staying here! The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely come back again!

Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

Conoscevano già l’alloggio, ci siamo ritornati con piacere insieme ad amici. La possibilità di una discesa a mare privata e la terrazza vista mozzafiato sono le peculiarità straordinarie di questo alloggio. Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

Katerina's home was absolutely ideal for our first visit to Skiathos. The location and quality of the home was great - I even feel like the photos and description do not do it justice. The house was well kept and very clean, and if anything needed to be addressed, Katerina would attend to it. Plenty of recommendations and tips were given that really guided our stay and made it memorable. It made the island more accessible. I would recommend that you rent a small car to get around because it is a good distance away from the airport/town, and even if you were to take the bus it will take up a significant time. Otherwise, there is a beach that is walkable (5 min.) with amenities - drinks, benches, food. There are too many good things to say about this place!
