Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The cottage is still very original inside, but everything is neat and clean and, not least, cozy. Outside, there is a large 2,782 sqm property with a large grass lawn, a playhouse, and a play tower with swings. The cottage is surrounded by natural grounds with large trees.

The little blue house in the forest offers tranquility and presence. Here you can put your feet up or hike the hills in the beautiful landscape of South Jutland. There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. The apartment 'Udsigten' is located just 150 meters from the sea and in the middle of the wonderful nature right up to National Park Mols Bjerge. The apartment is 60 m2 and is an independent apartment with its own entrance, as part of the private Blushøjgård Kursus- og Feriecenter. The apartment overlooks all four corners of the world. From the cozy bright glass bay window in the living room, there is a sea view and a view over the courtyard towards the viewpoint Peter Dolmens hill, the region's highest point Kalesbakke and Blushøjgård's apple orchard.

Close to Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake and animal park

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.
