The house is divided into two, and this part is 173 m2. Located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900 meters between both sides of the beach. High ceilings and lots of cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants, and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST with a wine and coffee bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works are located in the Café. Incl. bed linen, towel and bath towel per person.

Great location and large new modern house. Right by the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a beautiful nature trail that goes all the way to Ebeltoft. It is 50 km. to the center of Aarhus. 5 km to the beach. There is access to a large private forest with beautiful views.
