Beautiful SMALL apartment of 45 m2 is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes' walk from Koldinghus and the city center. 7 km to Trapholt and about 45 minutes to Flensburg. The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet/bathroom, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven and front yard. Most suitable for 2 people, (4 beds) if there are children with you, look at the pictures if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size and does not have blackout curtains in the living room by the sofa bed.

2 bedroom apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, new kitchen and bath. There is easy access via code lock, so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding Mall. Less than half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse and Givskud Zoo. It is about 700 meters to shopping as well as bakery. Cozy and peaceful garden where no amenities should be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including the Donss lakes. In addition, bike path to Kolding.

Lovely annex, beautifully located on a rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

The home has a central location close to neighborhoods, culture, cafes and restaurants, making it easy to plan your visit. 2 large bright bedrooms with double beds and a smaller room with a single bed. Beautiful bright kitchen with a good dining area that is connected to a cozy living room. Beautiful garden with large wooden terrace where there is sun most of the day, large dining area and lounge area. Free parking is available close to the home. The main door has a code so there is 24-hour access.

The apartment has 5 sleeping places as well as a cot. The apartment is located 700 meters from Kolding city center and has a garden down to Kolding Å. Parking is available on a public quiet road. It is the summerhouse to share your some relaxing days with your complete family or friends. The area is very central in Denmark, which makes it perfect for small daytrips by foot, bicycle or car. The beach is perfect for chidren, teenagers and parents. There is enough space to have fun and relax inside for the complete family - also if the weather is not behaving. There are toys to play with for kids in all ages.
