Nyd roen på vores gamle gård Thors, som dateres helt tilbage til år 1630 idin egen renoverede lejlighed, med egen indgang. Seperat soveværelse,Veludstyret køkken. Tæt på naturen, stranden og skamlingsbanken. Med kun 10 min kørsel til Kolding centrum. Nemt til og fra motorvejen, ca 10 km. Mulighed for at opleve Kolding og den skønne natur med gå og vandreture omkring Skamlingsbanken. En tur til Hejlsminde kan også anbefales. Gode cykelstier lige ude for døren, som går hele vejen til Kolding.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.

Gæstehus på 60 m2 med egen indgang og lille have. Boligen er ikke handicap venlig. Huset indeholder soveværelse, stor stue med mulighed for arbejdsplads, tv, et mindre badeværelse med brus og et køkken med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Gæsteboligen er beliggende i et roligt villakvarter 1,8 km fra bymidten og togstation. Indenfor 1,5 km ligger IBC, IBA, UC-syd, VUC/HF, SDU og Designskolen. Busholdeplads er 200 m. fra boligen. Har du el-bil med "type 2" stik, kan du mod betaling oplade din bil.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. Vi har en fredelig schæfer hund (Boris), som elsker at få besøg.

Private entrance, parking right by the door. Peacefully and idyllically located by Skamlingsbanken, 10 min. drive south of Kolding and E45. Lots of opportunities to enjoy nature in the area, large path system with beautiful views. Close to the child-friendly Binderup beach.

We had a lovely time at Tina’s house. We especially enjoyed the view from the great terrace. The place is relaxing and quite, still you are close to the city center. The communication was great and Tina helped us with good recommendations. I can definitely recommend staying any Tina’s.

We had a very nice stay at Josh and Anne’s place, the photos don’t do it justice. We would warmly recommend it to others.

Tolle Unterkunft im Vorort von Koldingen, die für uns eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge hatte. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich. Im Haus haben wir alles für unseren Kurztripp gemacht was wir brauchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. (Küchenutensilien, Einrichtung, Ausstattung) Sehr modern, mit viel Hightech. Stand nicht in der Beschreibung, aber Handtücher waren vorhanden. Leider war die Whirlpoolfunktion nicht verfügbar, vermutlich nur nach Absprache, was im Vorhinein nicht ersichtlich war. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Kurztrip genossen. Allan und Estrid waren sehr nett und schnell mit ihren Antworten.

Torben war sehr freundlich, er sprach deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist außerhalb vom Zentrum und in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher.
