Danke, Nikos du hast unseren zwei monatigen Aufenthalt gerettet. Wir waren vorher 4 Wochen in "Stelios Haus" Marathokampos und das war sehr mangelhaft. Bei dir war es wirklich wunderbar und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leute, wenn ihr plant einen Mietwagen zu buchen, schreibt Nikos und er organisiert auch das.

Zoek je rust, uitzicht op de prachtige natuur met enkel het geluid van vogels? Zoek dan niet langer, dit huis is super. Lilly is hulpvaardig zonder opdringerig te zijn. Je moet zachtjes rijden met je huurauto op het laatste stukje, maar ook dit is prima te doen. Bakkerij, supermarkt en restaurants op korte afstand in Chora of Mitilinii. Een aanrader!

Je recommande le logement d'Eva. Le studio est très bien équipé et dispose d'un grand salon et balcon. "Chez vous"...mais en vacances. Vue sur la mer et la montagne (les deux!) Eva est attentive à vos requêtes tout en étant discrète. Mon séjour à été une vrai réussite ! Merci et au revoir.

Miltiadis was super friendly and utmost helpful, the communication was easy and fast and the location of the apartment is excellent. It is located very central, close to the bars and restaurants but still very quiet.

Daire, Kokkari deniz kenarında sıralanan restoranların hemen dibinde bulunuyor. Evin konumu vakit geçirmek için mükemmel yerde diyebiliriz. Biz araba kiralayıp bulmak istediğimizde Google bizi olmayan sokaklara sokmaya çalıştı. Siz bu hataya düşmeyin ve P olarak gösterilen halka açık otoparklara park edin. Park ettikten sonra yaklaşık 300-400 metre yürümeniz gerekecek. O yüzden valizi olanlar buna hazırlıklı olsun. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Eve çıkmak için bir kat merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Çıktıktan sonra yatak odasına çıkmak için farklı bir merdiven kullanmanız gerekir. Yatak odasında manzarayı izleyebileceğiniz çok güzel bir balkon var. Biz 6 aylık bebeğimizle geldiğimiz için ne yazık ki eve yürüme ve evdeki merdivenleri kullanma olayı bizi çok yordu. Ayrıca konaklama süresince wi-fi internet hiç çalışmadı. Telefon şebekesi de alt katta çekmiyordu. PC’den çalışan biri olarak bu konuda çok zorlandım. Çocuksuz aileler için gerçekten çok iyi bir ev. Tavsiye ederim.

Ailemle birlikte 3 gece Nick'in evinde konakladık. Bence ev Samosta kalınabilecek en iyi konumlardan birindeydi. Pythagorionun en merkezi konumunda çarşıya 3 dklık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Giriş saatimiz bayram olması nedeniyle yoğunluktan dolayı net değildi ancak gittiğimizde bizi evin verandasında güler yüzle karşıladıklarını gördük, evle ilgili detayları anlattılar, son derece ilgiliydiler. Ev de oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca daha evvel de yorumlarda gördüğüm şekilde buz dolabında temel ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu. Kahvaltımızı nazik ev sahiplerimizin buzdolabına bıraktığı yiyeceklerle yaptık. Klimadan rahatsız olan ancak evin serin olmasını isteyen varsa bu ev tam ona göre diyebilirim. Zira dışarıda hava 30 dereceyken evin içi oldukça serindi. Evin önünde aracımız için park yeri de mevcuttu. Nick konaklama boyunca bizimle iletişimde kaldı, bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Biz herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık ama yaşasaydık sorunun derhal çözüleceğine emindik, bu güveni vermesi bizi mutlu etti.

Een prachtig verblijf op een hele rustige aan zee gelegen plek. We konden ons appartement direct in al waren we 3 uur te vroeg! Er is genoeg kastruimte met hangertjes voor kleding. Voldoende ingerichte keuken om zelf te koken. Toen we uitgepakt waren stonden Maria en Nikos ons met lekkernij op te wachten, zo lief! De lokatie is prachtig aan zee gelegen. De auto staat naast de deur of kan je op de parkeerplaats tegenover zette . De kano's mochten we pakken. Nikos nam ons mee op visavontuur. dat was een geweldige ervaring! De gevangen vis schoongemaakt en in de avond op de grill. hoe leuk is dat?! Je hoeft ze maar te vragen en ze regelen het voor je. Voor een wandeling steek je de weg over en loop je zo de bergpaden op. Je rijdt met de auto in no-time overal heen. Lopende of met een fiets is wel een uitdaging lijkt mij. Voor rust en ruimte is dit de ideale plek. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. wij hebben het in ons hart gesloten en hopen hier volgend naar weer te mogen verblijven. x

Sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut ve yeterli. Ev sahibi giriş günümüzde ihtiyaç duyacağımız ekmek kahve vs yiyecekleri ve yöresel şarabı da ikram olarak hazırlamıştı çok güzel bir jest bizleri mutlu etti. Ev denize çok yakın ve çevredeki Cafeler ve restoranlar da yeme içme ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor torunum ve kızımla muhteşem bir tatil yaptık. Her yıl tatilimizi burada geçirmeyi planlıyoruz. Kesinlikle önereceğimiz bir ev…

Had a very nice stay at this appartement. It has an amazing view and is located at a walking distance of the city center of Pythagorio. The airport is a ten minute drive. Definitely recommend staying here.

Der Aufenthalt in Sotiria (2Wochen) war einfach ganz wunderbar ! Gunn hat uns schon gleich nach der Buchung die ersten Tipps zu Mietwagen und Anreise geschickt und so fiel es uns sehr leicht, die Wohnung zu finden. Man sollte aber ein Auto haben ! Wir vier (2 Erw 2 Kids) haben Gunn sofort ins Herz geschlossen, sie war wie eine Freundin, von der man noch nichts wusste :) sehr relaxed und liebevoll und durch ihre vielen Tipps wurde unser Urlaub noch besser. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend in Schuss und toll gepflegt, super Klima Anlage und voll ausgerüstete Küche ! Highlight ist natürlich der grosse und saubere SwimmingPool, in dem wir fast immer alleine nach Herzenslust baden konnten. Alles in allem einer der besten und erholsamsten Urlaube meines Lebens und wir wären am liebsten noch VIEL länger geblieben !

Wir - 2 Erwachsene - waren zwei Wochen zu Gast im Appartement von Venetia. Das Appartement entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir hatten jede ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/Toilette. Das Bad ist klein und hat die typische Ausstattung mit einer niedrigen Duschwanne und dem Vorhang. Wir mögen die Challenge, beim Duschen keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Hat geklappt! Die Küche und der Wohnraum waren für zwei Personen schön groß. Es war alles Notwendige da. Vom vorderen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, dort ist es sonnig am Morgen. Wir hatten Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend für zwei Wochen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig (Samos im Oktober). Vielleicht wäre es möglich, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein- bis zweimal eine Art Grundreinigung z. B. für die Bäder zu bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Venetia buchen.

We had a wonderful time at Balos Beach. The ocean is just a few steps away from Dafnis place. You even are able hear the waves crash from your bedroom. There are several restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is perfect if you a looking for a silent place to calm down. Next to the apartment is a local coffee shop/mini-market which has Greek Live music once a week. Listening to the live music next to many locals was one the most delightful experiences we had in Greece. Dafnis husband who can provide you with fresh bread, croissants, etc. on a daily basis was the cherry on top.

George was a great and kind host. From the begining till the end he made us to feel like we are at our home. Thanks to him for sharing this house in Airbnb. Location is close to beach, restaurants, markets. We must say that it is in the centre of Phytogorio. However provides calmness when you are at the house. House is pretty new with several amenities. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, balconies, user manuals of each device… House was well organised and superclean. We loved every moment in here as a family of four. Definetely for the next time in Samos, George’s House will be the first option. Hopefully this will happen soon.

Stayed 3 nights at yorgos place. The apartment is in a very nice location few minutes drive to the beaches and in the heart of beautiful countryside. Apt is clean and modern. The hot tub is a great plus. Will definitely consider staying there again.

If ever a name suited the accommodation, Heaven’s Door is it. Great hosts, great facilities and great view. We highly recommend it. If ever we return to Samos we will come back to this very special accommodation.

This property is one of a kind! I am so glad I had the opportunity to stay here and I hope to return soon. The views are breathtaking and the unit/property were beautiful!
