Vacation rentals with beach access in Koh Samui

Benjamins Place is just a few steps from the beautiful Lamai Beach was very well kept and fully equipped and everything was working well. After traveling to Ko Phangan and coming back to Samui we appreciated the proximity to the beach. The conversation and the meetings with Benjamin were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this place.

Wonderful place to be. Nice beach, deep water, and in the end of April very peaceful. Great restaurants close by and perfect located to explore the island. Krissy was absolutely friendly and helpful with great tips! Would love to come back!♥️

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the area is very peaceful since it is in the countryside. However, you are not too far from Lamai so for me the location was perfect. You should rent a motorbike if you stay here. Chrissie and her husband are very friendly and helpful and there’s a very friendly dog who will greet you every time you go out and leave. I would recommend this place to others and I will stay here again if I come to Samui.

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs and all I can say is - wow. Sama loft is truly a special place, decorated with utmost care and so many special touches - it’s really a beautiful spot. It’s a little oasis that’s still very close to the action. Great WiFi, beautiful space, comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom, close to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this space to anyone. It’s really even better than the pictures in person. Natalie and her team were extremely accommodating - highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Barish’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect – close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. Barush was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips about the area. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and a guidebook with local recommendations. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with basic toiletries including towels, cooking basics and cleaning supplies. A cleaner was also available every morning. The beach was extremely nice though had rocks. The villa is within the hotel so around a 5 mins walk from reception but a buggy service is provided and easy to contact. An amazing villa and I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Koh Samui.

An absolute must, 5-stars across the board! It’s so unfortunate that this phenomenally beautiful place got 1 star from someone whose TV turned on at night. It’s so silly to leave reviews like this, changing the rating of this place dramatically. Clean, modern, sophisticated - definitely better than any other villa you can stay in on Intercontinental property, if not in Koh Samui at all. Lek and our wonderful maid Khun Ae deserve another five stars! They did an exceptional job taking care of us for a week, not to mention the beautiful breakfasts we got each morning. We will never forget them :) They truly went above and beyond. This is a place we will be looking forward to coming back to.

Toller Gastgeber und wunderschöne Unterkunft am Rande des Dschungels. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa Myna und hatten viel Spaß, mit dem Motorrad durch den Dschungel zu fahren, wenn wir rausgegangen oder nach Hause gekommen sind. Super Bars und tolles Essen waren alles in der Nähe, und zum Strand waren es mit dem Motorrad nur 7-8 Minuten. Achtung mit dem Motorrad, da die Straßen teilweise beschädigt sein können und euch in einer Kurve ein Auto entgegenkommen könnte, besonders wenn man nicht an den Linksverkehr gewöhnt ist oder es geregnet hat, da es manchmal sandig und rutschig werden kann. Vielen Dank an Chris, der während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts für Handtücher und die Reinigung gesorgt hat und uns aus seinem Garten in der Villa frische Bananen und Mango geschnitten hat – die waren super lecker! Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wir würden wiederkommen!

The absolute highlight of our Thailand trip was staying with our host Mica. He and his wife (and not to forget their lovely cats and dogs😉) truly have raised the bar of what hospitality means. To start off, the house super clean and everything matched the pictures. There are many examples how it exceeded our expectation, to name a few: - super spacious bed, as someover over 2 meters tall I loved it! - The room got cleaned very well on a daily basis. They even washed our dirty dishes. - Mica offered serviced at below marketprice.This included taxi services, laundry pick-up and delivery and additional drinks at wholesale prices, delivered to our doorstep. - Mica has shared some great insights on the area. If you are looking for a great and relaxing stay we can fully recommend staying here at Mica's beachhouse. We hope to return at some point.

We Absoutley loved this place. It is tucked away from the main road and is sooo peaceful. Yet so much on the door step including Lamai beach being right outside the villa. It is a gorgeous home & the luxury of having your own pool for the price you pay is something I have not yet found in Koh Samui. The staff were lovely & showed us everything. The room was so clean & we were so impressed. This is a must book if you’re in the area and looking for an amazing deal!!

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended We had a truly great stay at Paloma Villa. The communication was excellent—super friendly and responsive, even when small issues came up. Everything was handled quickly and reliably. The host made us feel genuinely welcome and was very kind. The villa itself is beautiful: a large, clean pool and a spacious, stylish living room made the stay extra comfortable. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again. A very, very nice place overall.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Kim, sie ist eine so herzliche Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps die unseren Urlaub einzigartig und unvergesslich gemacht haben! Der Bungalow ist sauber. Die Anlage mit Strand ist sehr gepflegt und traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist herrlich für Leute, die den Sonnen Auf- & Untergang lieben, denn hier habt ihr einfach beides. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich ausreichen von 2-15 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Supermarkt direkt schräg gegenüber. Es ist der perfekte Ort um die Seele einfach mal entspannen zu können, fernab vom Tourismus. Privater, schattiger Parkplatz. Mit kurzer Hose hab ich das zu schätzen gelernt mit dem Roller ^^' Die Unterkunft liegt neben der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, somit könnt ihr euch vor der Haustüre mit den Songtaews direkt auf den Weg machen und müsst nicht erst weit laufen. Für Lärm-/Lichtempfindliche, vielleicht zum schlafen Oropax/Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Für uns war es einfach rundum perfekt ohne etwas aussetzen zu können!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Tolles und hilfsbereites Personal, einfaches aber ausreichendes Zimmer und vor allem eine schöne Lage umgeben von vielen Cafés und Restaurants :)

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

Host very responsive and helpful when I had any questions, room is as described and clean, fresh towels would be a nice addition though. The gym on site is also very basic but can’t really complain. Overall, great experience, easy enough to find, good communication from Fred and good value for money:)

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden! Super schöne Wohnung in einer sauberen und wunderschönen Anlage. Die Gegend ist ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist alles vorhanden: vom 7eleven bis zur Wäscherei, Rollerverleih und vieles mehr. Choengmon Beach ist mit dem Roller 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen wieder :)

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks and had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and good amenities. Would definitely recommend!
