We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

We were 4 adults in the company. First booked 4 nights as we had plans to go to the other side and stay there for a couple of days but we loved the property so we had the opportunity to extend our stay another couple of days. EVERYTHING is perfect. Clean, fresh. Just like in pictures. The pool is cleaned every day, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would note is that you HAVE to rent a moped/car to get around the island. There are a few restaurants nearby but if you want more choices you should go a bit away. You can walk down to the beach , about a 10-minute walk. According to our experience one of the BEST on the whole island (we visited many). Very calm. Turquoise water, sandy beach, no rocks. You can rent sun loungers for 100 bath pieces for the whole day . Food and massage by the beach. Finding there is a bit difficult, one has to walk past private area (which is not private anymore). The woman who received us Shy? sorry if I write the wrong name. But she was absolutely amazing. THANK YOU

Koh Samui was amazing and even better than we expected! The host and team were fantastic, making our stay really special. We spent a month in this lovely home and had a great experience. What We Loved: The house is in a great location—just outside the busy tourist areas, so you get a more local feel while still having everything nearby. There are great restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, fresh fruit stands, massage places, a nail salon, motorbike rentals, and a beautiful beach just minutes away. My favorite part was finding an awesome fitness program close by! The house itself is spacious and open, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. We’d love to come back! PS: Don’t miss Fit Koh Café and Farm Cafe—both are amazing!

Jeff’s place was very spacious and he was very quick to respond with any questions. The distance was about a kilometre and a half to the major shops and restaurants and easy walking. The indoor pool was great on those hot days. The apartment lends itself to both short and long term stays. My wife and I stayed there for 50 days (February - March 2025) and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Jeff.

Point blank, a 100% recommendation. The villa looks just like in the pictures, maybe even a little better in real life. 4 huge bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Dave was extremely helpful. Not only did he/his wife pick us up and brought us to the airport, they even provided a car for us free of charge. I cannot recommend Dave and the villa enough. Thank you so much for that wonderful time!

From start to finish everything was amazing! Highly recommend. We had 7 people and the space was perfect…the best beach was right here where we stayed. We went to other beaches and nothing really compared. The beach club and the Shi Shi restaurant both amazing! The spa services the best! I’m very picky about places to stay and would definitely come back.

We spent 2.5 wonderful weeks in house A1. The entire complex with its lush vegetation and the clean pool is totally beautiful, but we liked the location the most: right on the dream beach, but slightly elevated, so you have more privacy than the resorts further west (e.g. no walkers right outside the door). House A1 is also located on a corner lot with plenty of space, a small adventure playground for the children😉. Within walking distance there are a few good restaurants (Terrace House, Thang Long, Hug Samui) and smaller shops. Many thanks to the super friendly team of Green Coconut Village and of course especially to Renate, who supported us with advice and assistance from booking to return trip!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay! The property is nestled on top of a hill, offering total calm and quiet — the perfect escape. Every morning, we woke up to the most breathtaking sunrises and panoramic ocean views. The infinity pool was a true highlight, making it feel like you’re floating above the sea. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return someday!

The accommodation was great for a family of four with 2 children. The compound is well looked after and very peaceful. We booked for a week but decided to stay for another four days. We love Bangrak area with lots of restaurants and supermarket, deli shops near by. Will book this place again in the future, Thank you

Stunning Villa, very clean with everything you could ask for and more! Owner really helpful and friendly nothing too much to ask. Local advice given to help your enjoyment. Close to supermarket and other local shops. Short taxi ride to Chaweng beach and fisherman’s village. An extremely enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at the villa very much and the proximity to nature was something special. We made nice trips to beaches. Johnny was very helpful and picked us up at our place.

Our stay at Oliver's place was lovely. Check in and out was effortless and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed our 4 nights at his villa. Air conditioning was cold and was very welcomed as we were travelling during a very hot season. Plenty of parking available. Overall, a really lovely stay at Oliver's villa!

Such a great spot! 2 mins to Haad Salad for great snorkelling, 10 mins to Chaloklum beach, 10 mins to Srithanu. Clean, well equipped house with many little extras to make things comfortable: drinking water, coffee, beach towels, snorkels, good air con. Marcus is super helpful and full of advice, and flexible with check in and out. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at this hidden place a lot. Great location and a lot of great restaurants in the surrounding area. Sikarin helps well with all the detailed instructions.

What an amazing experience staying here! First, the pictures don’t do it justice. it’s even better theaj the photos. Absolutely beautiful. The fact that you literally have your own beach is a dream. It was extremely clean, very comfortable and the A/C in the bedrooms was fabulous. LOTS of towels, crisp sheets, all the kitchen ware you’d ever need. They even started us off with eggs, bread and tons of fruit. So nice and so appreciated The very best thing though is Tim. She is an absolute gem! She responded within minutes every time we had a question or a need. It was like having a personal concierge. She arranged transport from the airport and also booked several outings for us, (elephants, Full Moon Party) we even had our laundry done. She also arranged a Thai chef to come and cook a delicious dinner for us at the villa. We felt SO spoiled. I could go on and on. Also met Michael, a kind and friendly owner. Don’t wait, Book it now. We had a good stay at Remys villa. It's a beautiful view with private terrace, no one can see into to property. We enjoyed the pool and outside area alot. And for the rainy days there were big tv and netflix with good internet connection. We also liked to have a full kitchen were we could cook our own meals. But it is not far to get down to the mainroad and grab something easy from alot of differerent restaurants, took about 3-5min on motorbike. It is an island and with that there will come some complications with water and electricity, But this is all over the island and nothing our host could prevent. We lost power 3-5times during our monthly stay and it was fixed within a couple of hours. 1 thing that we missed to have during our stay was hot shower but not a big deal when its hot weather. Would be happy to stay again!
